On The Run - Convenience Store

Had a weird experience at this location. Thursday, 17th Aug, 7:45 pm. I filled gas then went into the store to collect my Journey reward and while I was having a look, the store attendant came to me and asked rudely “what do you want?” I said I’m here to pick my Journey reward, then he went back to the counter visibly irritated. I picked an item and came to the counter. He asked me to pay for it! I said it’s a journey reward! but he said I don’t know about that, pay the amount. I said ok then I don’t want it. Then he told me to put the item back where I picked it from. I said, why are you being so rude? He said just put it back. I did. Then when I was leaving the store i heard him calling me names. I still can’t believe what happened there and how such a miserable person is in charge of the store.
