I've read your comments and I want to apologize for my staff's behaviour. Sometimes it's a language barrier plus the wearing of the mask. Just yesterday I personally had to enlightened the worker on proper customer service etiquette. I will continue to offer training and support for the staff. I promise you that they will become an elite staff offering the best customer service experience on the Planet called Earth!

Should not be a UPS pick up point. Worst experience ever.

Awful UPS Access Point. Called several times. The guy who answers the phone has absolutely NO customer service skills. He is rude. Hangs up the phone in your face. He told me multiple times that he refuses to look up my package by tracking # because I wanted to make sure it was there before I went to pick up. He told me to call UPS and that he is busy and then hangs up in my face and asks me if I speak English the third time I called. He is not supposed to do this. I ended up speaking with UPS after being on hold for a long time and they said he has access to look up tracking numbers. And I called another UPS access point and they took my tracking number to look it up. Avoid this access point. Do not give this place business until they learn to treat customers better.

The worst service for pick up access point and UPS service is no better. UPS only leaves notes on your mailbox and never comes to your condo door. Staff is rude, don't speak even though they know English. Absolutely lacking in customer service étiquette and professionalism.

The worker is clearly does not want to work with UPS. He is horrible at looking for packages and handing it over. He'd look at a few and say it is not there when there are several more boxes he hasn't checked. Well we didn't leave until he checked them all and long and behold our package was there. Horrible customer service. Will be calling UPS as I'm tired to having to come here to retrieve my packages.

These guys are NEVER open at 7am as stated. If you have a ups package delivered here good luck trying to retrieve it without an argument. Poor customer service

Was trying to drop off a UPS return for Amazon and was told that I needed to have 3 COPIES of the commercial invoice so I wasn't able to drop off my package when I went. This is what it says in Amazon's instructions: "Affix one copy of the commercial invoice to the outside of the parcel and give another copy to an employee at the UPS drop off location." It never states that I need to give 3 COPIES, like why even three? Inconvenient to deal with especially if you've travelled there and aren't able to run your errand like you intended to.

fraud happened at 35 laps let road, Scarborough, on location. someone picked my expensive package from access point. ups should check Their system. please do not give access point to anyone. UPS is not trustworthy company. the way they respond is very sad. THROUGHLY DISAPOINTED

This is the worst customer service experience in Ontario, very poor management and disgusting staff. THERE IS NO CONVENIENCE THERE, ALL THE STAFF DO IS DISRESPECT CUSTOMERS AND WASTE YOUR TIME.
