This store has been one of my to go UPS stores in GTA. They are very polite, in details and very fast. There are 2 Persian ladies who run the stores and they always make me so comfortable at their store and they do above and beyond to ensure my expectations are met. I highly recommend anyone who needs UPS services go to this store.

I was a victim of a fraudulent purchase over $1,600 and with help from UPS and DHL I was able to intercept the package from getting picked up by the thieves and getting the package returned to the merchant. I cant thank UPS enough for their assistance.

Amazing, quick, service at a superb price! It’s a must that you visit this particular The UPS Store. The staff are very friendly and 100% better than Staples, or any other post office. This store will ship my mail within a day at a very good price, while other stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, Staples, etc. are all a rip off and your parcel may be delivered in 10+ days at a very expensive price. You won’t be disappointed!

This is absolutely the best place you can go to for printing jobs, and paper shredding as well as mail and package delivery services. The customer service is amazing! I have been dealing with this UPS store for two decades, and I've never had a single complaint! They are efficient, friendly, and professional. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I am very happy with the consistently excellent quality of service that I received from Sima and Melanie at UPS Store 272 on Langstaff Road. Aside from UPS courier services, they are also able to hold packages from DHL and UPS. That service is very convenient for me since I am not always at home to receive my packages. They are also able to take photos for passports or the permanent resident card. I strongly recommend checking out the various services offered at this store.

I sent a picture with a poem to be combined together for a 16 x 20 canvas print and the graphic designer did a fantastic job putting my vision for the project together. I was pleasantly delighted with their professional service as well as having it finished by the next day. I also took advantage of their shipping services as this was a gift to be sent to the US.

It was such a pleasure to do deal with this wonderful group of ladies and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional printing projects. Will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.
