Kitchen Stuff Plus

Visited this location this morning to buy a few things and was greeted by Nick right away. He was super friendly, informative and knowledgeable when it came to every item. He brought me around and helped me out with all of my selections.
Honestly, it felt like he could easily run the whole store or manage multiple locations. He was also very polite and friendly with other staff, which is always great to see.
Will definitely be shopping at this location more often just because of that experience and service from Nick.

Amanda the sales lady, she was just awesome. We didn’t even ask for help, but were confused on what to choose. Then comes Amanda for our rescue. Not just helpful, but also polite, friendliest person I have ever met at the store.

The store got 5 star because of her.

This store is a Canadian classic that always carries a large variety of nice and quality houseware items for an affordable price. They usually have a seasonal section in the front of the store where you can find many discounts and novelties. The store is very clean and organized, very well lit and ventilated. Shopping experience is very nice! Staff is friendly too.

I was looking for a certain product and one of the staff, I forgot to ask his name, found it for me quickly and showed me the product in a detailed way .

Surprisingly, when I was leaving , he said have a good day to me while he wasn't assisting me to check out but still made a point to say that, that's what I called great customer service!! I will look for him next time when I shop there again!!

The Kitchen Stuff Plus here is amazing. This store will forever be my go to store for kitchenware, among other things. I always love the selection they carry and the staff are always so friendly and willing to assist. I tend to go later on in the day and I never seem to experience a busy time.

Great store, well organized. Amanda was very helpful, she noticed I had a lot in my cart and offered to take my items to prepackage them, that way I can continue to shop & quickly check out. Went above & beyond, will surely be back!

I've been shopping at this location for many years. I've been looking for a specific vegetable peeler but I could not find it. A few months ago I went in again and that vegetable peeler was no where to be found. While I was at the cashier she asked if that I found everything that I needed. I mentioned to her that I was looking for this particular vegetable peeler. I could not remember the brand but once she found out that I've been shopping at that store for years she said to me that there must be a record in the system. She looked for it ans found 2 purchases within the last 10 years. She asked one of her colleagues to find it in the store so I bought 2. I was sooo happy. Weird how sometimes little thungs can bring joy. Thank you!

Best place to find stuff related to kitchen, home organization, bathroom organization and seasonal decor. Great deals with durable quality of products.

Much better than I thought it would be. Bought a really nice pasta set on sale, then got a second of the same set as the price was amazing. Also got a microwavable popcorn maker that does away with all the garbage. Very cool store. Checkout was faster than previous times. Fun experience.

Update: Came back here and it;s amazing still! lots of great deals and still very friendly staff! Definitely recommend. They also have a great deal on a brulee torch and ramekin set! Can't wait to test it out this weekend :D

Amazing service. I was shopping for my new condo and the staff was so helpful. By accident, I dropped and broke a glass and the manager was so understanding. I felt so bad! Sales staff at the cash also helped bring my bags to the car. So kind of them. I would highly recommend this location.

I just love this store. They carry quality products. I bought lots of stuffs from here like cooking pots which I have been using for 7 years, glass jars, shopping cart, cups, glasses, plates etc. All were very good in quality. The parking is huge. I fell in love with their products.

Really miss this store and staff now COVID-19 is on. The employees are a great team--act like family by the way they interact. Also knowledgeable, care about customers and go out of their way to assist. Cashiers are the best-fast and efficient.

Great kitchen store to buy gadgets, dish racks and small electeonics. So many cute things. Stuff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff are really nice and friendly here. I went in to buy a Staub on promotion and went back the next day to get another piece and the CSR actually remembered me! Staff seem happy to work there and were surprisingly upbeat. Store is clean and organized and things are easy to locate. The product line is contemporary and good quality.

Staff (male) @ curbside is friendly and efficiently due from current virus. There's line up (around less than 10 people) already even @ noon (the time when the store opened at noon @ curbside) *Tips: It indicated on the online order that I need to call ahead when arrive at the curbside. Just my own opinion: Don't even bother but just go and line up at the curbside. From the time you told them your last name / pickup order # (shown on email) til they pass you the order normally take less than 3-5 mins. Try not to go during weekend (I went on Sunday) if possible. Parking is quite packed since Metro is right next to it.*
