Changing my previous negative review to a positive one. Derick responded to my review in a timely manner and acknowledged my concern.

He made it right by promising a compensation. When I revisited the store today, and provided details to the staff, the girl also acknowledged the concern and apologized mentioning it was a sincere mistake and I can totally understand sometimes it can be human error.

As mentioned previously, the staff always have been great at this location and I really appreciate they owned the mistake and made it right. Thank you once again Derick and team Scarborough Popeye's.

Came into this place for the first time and the people over here are very nice and helpful. One of the employees over there, Eugene, has gave me great advice on the fitness goal i’m trying to reach. He gave me recommendations on which protein powder to go for and I thought his advice was very beneficial to me. Everyone has their own fitness goals and the staff here definitely know what they’re talking about.

We went last week looking to stock up on a few items and Mathusan was very helpful! He recommended us a green supplement which tastes amazing and we are hooked. We will definitely be going back to grab some more!

Met with Derrick today. Had one of the best experience at the store today. I have been coming here from a very long time but the way that he treats you is really great. Guy knows what he sells. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to try something new.

10/10 atmosphere and customer service. Devika did an amazing job in explaining what I was buying. She even suggested other pre-workout and protein powder brands which were more effective . She also offered me samples of protein powder for future purchases. Overall she was very informative and helpful. I came in to purchase Havok pre-workout and surprisingly it was on sale.

Recently became a vegetarian and had been struggling to hit my protein goals. Malik provided exceptional service and aided me find great options to not only meet my vegetarian restriction but also lactose and gluten free. He also suggested a few additional snacks (cookies and bars) that I purchased to sample (usually the vegan ones don't taste great but he mentioned these were much better than the usual) & to my surprise he was right - will definitely be picking up more!

I've been coming here for probably more than 10 years. I've been to healthy planet and GNC and there's a reason why I stopped going there. The employees at Popeyes are friendly, passionate and knowledgeable about their products. They messed up an order of mine once but it wasn't a big deal and they apologized profusely. If you're serious about lifting and nutrition I would recommend checking this location out specifically. All the employees are very fit which speaks volumes when you think about people who practice what they preach. Malik was the last person to help me out, exceptional customer service which is rare these days. Thank you for continued service.

Devika was very helpful! I came in looking for the gold standard protein and she introduced me to this isolate protein with 37g per scoop, which I found to be a much better product. Highly recommend this location for their quality supplements and knowledgeable staff!
