Phone number out of service. Passport photo unable to be clear enough. Want to charge double for passport photos that are acceptable for government. Do not recommend. They blame the company with the photo machine and don’t accept responsibility.

I went to purchase a lottery ticket for a friend. The guy at cashier was hustling scratch tickets and he says you can win. I said ok he picked one for and he said I picked one. After putting it through debit 71.00 later. Not realizing it's 30.00 a ticket. Now I'm out 60.00 for food for my family. I will never go again to this location!!!!

Poor service standards, waste of money and time.

Went in to get some passport photo done of my child and was told to come back within 15 mins. Came back in 15 mins and ask if it was ready was told no. After asking a couple times how long it will be the guy said 10 more mins. After stating it was too long for photo the guy began to give attitude and said I could wait or take my money back that it takes a long time to do passport pic of a child. However the girl that was working on the photo was working on another person photo and not mine.He began to shout and make rude comments because I ask for my money back. My husband told him to lower his voice but he still got loud shouting. He then proceed to give us our money back but only a dollar becaue he said they have neen working on the photo. After he was told he couldn't do that he give us back the full amount and started to swear in front of my children and other customers and told us to leave and proceed to aggressively walk behind my child shouting to leave. This guy has horrible customer service, a bad attitude and should not be operating a business at all. If I could give zero star I would have. Worst customer service and not a good human being. FYI went to another place and got the photo within 10 mins. Do not shop here!!

I'm not sure if this is the one by walmart or the one by the TTC, but they are both equally horrible!
The one at walmart i got a passport photo done when he was 5 month and it went fine. Now i go back to get a passport photo for my 5 month old daughter and they are telling me they can't because she is just a baby. But they did it for my son. They are so lazy! The one by the TTC wot. Do it either because she's too young. DON'T do Passport photos if you don't know how to take pictures of everyone!

Scream and verbally harass costumers. Also, I witnessed the personnel throwing change at a costumer being attended before me.
