Circle K

This circle k is good and has great customer service. I come here often and almost every cashier is good but one manager name Priya has excellent skills to be a manager. She know to handle customers even if some of them are angry.

I've been dropped by to this location twice so far.
Trainee (Circle K should give them a name tag) approached me if I needed any help the time I arrived in the early afternoon during the day.
What a heartfelt service that self-checkout counter we were unable to feel that!

p.s. No 'Roller Grill' available at this location.

Has snack/food items that you'd expect from any gas station/convenience store, also has other on the road essentials. Good for cheap soda, slushies, and milkshakes. Friendly employees.

Store is well-stocked and service staff are friendly.

To employ by the name of Meet, working at the circle k petrol station at maccowan and ellesmer the evening of wednsday july 15, 2020. He could not have treated me nicer, so welcoming and friendly and that is why I'm giving him and the company a 5 star rating for an all around excellent level of Customer satisfaction.

So far so good, I’ve been coming here a lot & no untoward incident. Love the location but wish they would have more variety of items.

This is Circle K inside the gas station. It's convenient and easy to buy things. There is also a Tim Hortons inside.

This Circle K Esso location is on McCowan Road just south of Hwy 401 at Ellesmere Road southwest corner.

There are 10 fuel fill up stations with 4 fuel grade choices plus 2 diesels fill up stations at the pump nearest to McCowan Road.

Pumps are quickly activated. It’s a very busy location with lots of customers venturing in and out throughout the day so keep alert.

There a Tim Hortons outlet onsite but no drive-thru service.

I came here to pick up a lotto ticket for the $60 million jackpot frenzy. The counter employee was courteous and efficient.

Snacks, drinks, an ATM machine, a lotto station, and a restroom are found at this location.

Excellent service

There gas station is okay yesterday I went to this gas station and got a polar pop and there was flies in the machine and every where but also the guy that cashed me out was not really a nice guy he was okay he was really just miserable

New owners Circle K are not taking care of the property as the landscaping and the area beside the store where patrons and persons of the community sit is being ignored. It used to be clean with attention to garbage, cigarette stubs, and the overall cleanliness. Pride should extend to all areas of a business and responsibility to the environment. They don't seem to understand the patron community that has been here since the station was first erected. Sad.

Seems like they pick and choose their customers in whom to give efficient customer service to.
Please revise/refresh customer service skills with employees.

A buddy and I went to this circle K for a polar pop. We were filling our cups and tried some of the flavours to ensure that it was good because some circle Ks wont fill their product in time and it’ll either be too syrupy or completely bland. Anyways, the worker there was really far from us and practically whispered something that we heard as “you guys can refill it later”. Then he scurried off. As we were checking out he was giving us an insane amount of attitude and was yelling saying you can’t refill the cups. We told him it was a simple misunderstanding because we couldn’t hear him and then he had the audacity to say “what you guys don’t understand English”. “You both misheard you guys don’t know how to listen”. He’s lucky my buddy and I were tired after our training session so we let it slide but if we are treated the same way next time we go there, it won’t be pretty for that guy. (For the manager the worker was a brown dude and this was a Monday night at around 9ish)

Manager and employee don’t know the price of empty polar pop cups. He was charging me $2.49 for empty cup whereas price of empty cup is just 20cents. And they don’t even know how to deal with customers.

Give your business to Petro across the street! Circle K’s practices have a negative impact on the neighbourhood ! First their predatory moves to push out the Tim Hortons community members who gathered here for 15 years and the way they neglect the outdoor space where people used to enjoy their coffee! Used to be moms and children, seniors, people catching the bus. Now the side space is so derelict that only for smokers to sit and smoke, vape and leave their trash. It looks abandoned and is an eyesore on our once beautiful intersection. The owner is too lazy to care. Don’t fall for the autoreply from Circle K . If you’re coming into the neighbourhood CK, try to set a shining example!!! Shame on you! Look across the street where Petro has a well maintained lot and welcomes a partnering restaurant.
