Went in to pickup a package that ups had screwed up the delivery. Wasn't too busy about dinner time so was able to get in & out fast enough. Was all I needed but seems decent place.

I love this convenient store! When you run out on either tokens, metropasses, anything....THEY GOT IT! The staff is friendly and very welcoming.

Would you pay a coke for 99 cents and a pepsi for 3.00 ? What is the difference ? I know convenience stores are really hurting because of the higher prices in this city but maybe next time , please be more polite to the customers and also post your prices on pop/soda/soft drinks a little better . You never know who you are going to run into these days .

Man who works here is very disrespectful came in to redeem scratch cards and refused me service because i asked how i would have been able to buy the tickets if i was underage? I do no not recommend this store at all terrible place of buisness would give no stars if i could

The Man who works here is very very disrespectful. I called for help about my UPS package and he started to raise his voice and talk over me on the phone like I'm incompetant. I tried to explain why I was calling and than he hung up on me and when I tried to call back he kept hanging up. you should not do customer service if you don't have patience or understanding. I have never been in a situation like this before and I will be reporting this place because no one deserves that type of treatment.

They used to be my go to store. I also used their Couch Order app for cigarettes and pop. I'm disabled so I can't get out often. Once they canceled my app order, without notice or reason. 2nd time I tried the app, again they canceled without reason. I emailed several times to ask and never received answer. I've never used them since. Terrible business dealings.

If i could give them a 0/5, I would. Terrible customer service and DO NOT bring your packages here as the employees may steal them.

Horrible location for UPS returns. I dropped off a package here for a return and employees did not return this package properly. This location has dishonest employees and I will not return.

If you are going for UPS pick up, don't go before 10 AM. The guy who opens the shop in the morning is REALLY RUDE!
