This comment is directed at one of your shoppers in the review section who assumed the lack of customer service at the check out had something to do with her skin colour. If you had read all of the reviews you would have noted that most shoppers complained about the customer service and did not mention their skin colour. I also read some other reviews of yours at various locations where this seems to be a theme of yours. Not only do you assume people are singling you out for your skin colour but you yourself make racial slurs constantly about people with white skin. I also noted you called a person you were complaining about a "ginger.". Are you aware that many redheaded people do not appreciate the term? You need to stop spreading your racism in this country by singling out white people or "gingers" as you put it with assumptions that they are singling you out. This is how racism and hatred begins and Canadians do not need this. Grow up.

The staff was amazing group of people I went into this Marks my first time I would go back to this location and the owner are very lucky to have great harder work thank you for everythingu God bless your heart Gloria

The customer service is decent except for one time a clerk was in her own world and didn't even greet me or smile or anything as I walked in the door. 😏 She looked like she was concentrating on something she had to do on the way to some clothes rack. Other than that one time, great, helpful and friendly service. Their return policy is really great. I don't shop there often, but I'm 99% sure they said that if my guy didn't like the boxer briefs I was buying for any reason, they could be returned... Even if opened! I mean what store does that!?? You might want to double check that tho, lol! Store is clean and organized and quite large. Has great work gear, boots, thermal, waterproof clothes, specialty gear etc. Also selection of clothes/footwear for both men and women. I would definitely recommend this store.

These guys really went the extra mile for me . I came in with a couple of vouchers for work and they helped me out so thoroughly. There were a couple problems that were ironed out by the staff with ease. Best Mark's experience I've ever had. Nice selection of clothing aswell. Mark's is stepping up their game I suppose.

After having a bad experience buying gifts for Xmas, the girl made two mistakes on my bill while she stopped to answer the phone. Today we went to return one of the gifts for exchange. The girls at the front counter were smiling, friendly and very good with all the customers. Pleasure to shop there.

First time I'eve been to Marks's and found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Morgan helped me for over an hour and run her tail off to help me. Hi quality clothes and plus sizes. Highly recommended.

Bought my steel toed shoes there. First pair hurt my feet after 3 days of work. Returned no questions asked got a 2nd pair. Hurt my feet after 2 days of work and again returned no questions asked. Staff were helpful
