The only place i goto. Staff is knowledgable, friendly, and always helps me out when i dont know what i need. One of the more reasonably priced shops as well.

This is probably one of the most friendliest, funnest, and most comfortable vape shop in buffalo. The staff is super super knowledgeable about the products they sell, and are always a pleasure to visit with! Charlie is a bonus, too! He's the cutest mascot and probably the only one you'll see in a vape shop! I love these guys and I'm so grateful for them. They helped me go from smoking a carton of cigarettes in 7-10 days, to a carton lasting me about a month. I highly recommend them to everyone. Disposables? No problem! Need new coils, pods, or something else? They're more than happy to accommodate! Love you guys!

Awesome shop, no douches, great house blends, and friendly staff. I've had many conversations with both people that work here and regular customers. Good prices on mods, and they keep their inventory very up to date. Very welcoming environment, and it's not in a bustling mall.

Outstanding, they know their product, very accommodating and they have great flavors. My wife and sister got me into it they started up at another shop but after I came here the whole family switched to these guys, their juices have a better flavor and deliver better than the other place. I started with the Loganberry yogurt flavor and loved it, the wife commandeered it so I got fruit loops and blue raspberry jolly rancher. A plus and they offer a buy 2 get one free on their very reasonably priced house juices.

Was going to a different vape shop for the past couple years. I tend to stick with one shop when I know they are good. Glad I decided to swap to VIP. Their house juices alone are awesome. If you're looking for juices that taste like what they say they are, this place is the place to get them. I lean more towards fruits and I have not been disappointed in the slightest. Great staff as well. Helpful and knowledgeable.

I went in on 3/13/20. I was impressed with the collection of products. I was greeted by this awesome guy who also has a puppy named Charlie! I'm thankful for my friends telling.me about this place. Absolutely amazing customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vape that isn't disposable! Also, try the iced watermelon limeade juice! Tastes just like a piece of trident gum! I'm hoping this will help me stop smoking, as I've already cut down on how much I actually smoke. Thanks again for the help and suggestions! I'll be back when I need more juice! ❤💜

My husband and I go in all the time even when we don't need anything just to hang out with Bill and Megan. Awesome people! And when we actually do need something they're always very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Would recommend to anyone!

After trying several different vape shops in the area, VIP has become my go to. The house juices are top notch. The staff behind the counter are very knowledgeable and friendly. They talk to you like you're a friend and will help you with whatever you need. highly recommended.

Great deals. Amazing juice and you can't beat the buy 2 get 1 for $1.00...I drive from Darien center in Genesee county to get my juice from VIP...Bill, pat & Megan are very knowledgeable and don't pressure you to purchase anything your not interested in. I've been to 15 diff vape shops around the county & VIP takes the cake. Worth the drive any day...best house juice around.

Premier has been my ULTIMATE GO-TO when it comes to vape/ headshops for years now. I’ll never go elsewhere. Customer for life here!! Only way I’d switch to a diff store is if I moved out of state… lol

Excellent/ friendly staff. Convenient location. They now Have my favorite premium juices. They have the newest equipment before most shops. Cable and leather chairs while you wait/ lounge. Pool table. Arcade game.

Very friendly staff who informed me about how to maintain a battery. You need to clean the contacts with a q-tip and a little rubbing alcohol every so often. Also they gave me a discount on the battery I purchased and were very honest about all their products.

Top Notch vape shop that offers a lot of other items besides vape supplies. The staff is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are by the airport there is no other option, I drive from Hamburg to get my juice and supplies because their quality and prices are second to none.

VIP has me spoiled they take such good care of their customers I will never buy online definitely a great local business to support. Unfortunately I had to go to another local vape shop recently because vip was out of stock for what I needed and the other shop I went to has treated me horribly after selling me a defective store display. I will leave them a bad review to warn others but also wanted to say how much vip deserves to be known as the best vape shop in town!!!!

Always have a pleasant experience whenever I stop in a VIP custom vapors, the staff members are very responsive along with very well knowledge in any questions I may have, the manager bill is very friendly along with his employees expesically Megan who has been there for sometime now and is always a go to person when it comes to my vaping supplies! Go here all the time and it is a great place. The customer service is amazing. A lot of great juices to try and they are really knowledgeable about what they are selling. it's a great place to go.
