One of hubby's favorite spots, even with the exchange rate, you can't beat their prices here in Canada, every time we go, he says the same thing..come to Canada will you, you'll put the other tool companies out of business, lol

Friendly staff. Walked in with a specific purchase in mind and a coupon. A staff member took a look at the coupon and went straight into the back, briefly helping another customer, then returned with our purchase. We asked if it needed oil, and was directed to the correct oil. Helped us get it into the car. Our first visit to the store.

Cashier very friendly helpful over the phone so I didn't have to go to anymore stores today

I love Harbor Freight! I guess I didn't understand the appeal of hardware stores until I was a bit older but now that I enjoy them I especially love this store, this location in particular, for the prices. I get in some things that the brand could matter but I've never had an issue buying brands from here.

Also for anyone interested, I've found that their diamond edge file sets (6.99) and micro flush cutters (3.99) both have a lifetime warranty and work great for hobby work. Similar cutters by a name brand hobby company that are $25, same for the files. At my store when someone's starting out with miniature building and painting I tell them to stop at Harbor Freight instead to pick up those items and for the money they save they can pick up a handful of paints or another piece for their army.

Love this place! Always have what I need no matter the project. I get coupons texted everyday. Great products. Many choices. Alot of deals! I highly recommend to All.✌

This Cheektowaga location always has advertised & regular items in stock, staff is always friendly, store is always clean.

**Update** recently ordered some US General tool boxes. The store was very accommodating with updates & called as soon as they were available for pickup. They loaded up the large boxes & were extremely helpful & friendly during entire transaction.

Decent tools for a fair price.
Although alot of their tools really lack in quality.
Which I guess reflects the price.
Warrantys are pretty nice.

Always has a deal in there paper. Good tools for a good price.

Great staff. I couldn't get what I wanted at one and the sales lady called around for me with out me asking her. She found what I needed and even had one put aside as well as had the address ready for me to put into my maps. Clean place and all had masks and gloves. Customers were decent and careful. All around 10 in experience. Well done guys.

Went in this morning to get a few tools as part of the Memorial Day sale. The manager Elizabeth was very kind, polite and kept her cool with the store being very very busy. She deserves a raise and recognition. Keep a wonderful employee like her! Thank you so much!

They were helpful and gave sound advice. The man who assisted me didn't try to get me to buy all expensive stuff. The cashier was courteous as well. An former boss recommended them to me and he was right.

Great prices, but the items are good , not cheapy

I been going there for many years. one thing i want to point out, the manager is a great, attentive and full of respect individual. I see the way he treats his workers. I will not mind to work under a great leader as hi is. Good management reflects workers actituted towards customers. All the best to great people!!!

Find good quality tools for a lower price then some other stores. Might not be the same brand but still good quality. Find stuff sometimes you can't find at other places

Decent tools, cheap prices! You really can't beat their prices. I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. Though I have had no issues with anything I have purchased there, I doubt most of it is good for long term use by precision professionals.

Harbor Freight is my go to for tools. And. They've started offering high end battery tools with Li-on batteries. I have an electric half inch impact wrench that has had the heck beat out of it and still working fine. Eight years and still working fine. Give them a perusal; you'll like what you see.

Amazing place!!! This is a playground for any do it yourselfers or hobbyists!!! Always stocked with nitrile gloves as I buy them 1 box at a time just so I have a reason to go there. Great,helpful staff.Best prices with no doubt.

The products are usually pretty good and prices are even better. The customer service here has always been great! The cashier even offered a piece of candy to a little boy upon his fathers approval. Great stuff!
