Love the coffee choices both hot and iced.
taquitos are fairly priced and delicious, however not always available, seems that workers only make a couple at a time, and yet the deal prices are for 3 and 4 at a time. Would be nice if they were available more effectively when deal price is present. I personally buy 8 every morning when available for my husband and myself
But lately only 2 or 3 available. I go to same 7-11 every morning at the same time I get the same items each day, but lately its a gamble. I feel this is a worker problem not a supply problem, they go and get a handful right away but who has that kind of time to wait.

They were above and beyond what I already heard was a very special group of people doing excellent work 👏. No other like them , they are a decade ahead of all of the competition. Extremely professional, clean, friendly and compassionate.

staff is very kind and patient with me. I use a cane and they help me to get items that i need. Wonderful young people who are great ambassadors for 7-11

This place don't care about vegetarians!

On May 25th, 2022 I stopped at this store with my oldest daughter and youngest son for a snack. My oldest daughter was first in line. My son and I were last in line with several people in between us. When I get up to the cash register the cashier scans my son's slurpee cup then I tap my debit card on the screen and I noticed that the price has increased. I questioned the cashier why that was and his response was "For the iced coffee". I replied "You mean the same iced coffee that my daughter had already purchased?" The cup was in her hand while she was drinking from it!!! If I wanted to purchase the iced coffee it would have been next to the slurpee cup. There's nothing more than I hate in this world then a person who assumes they know what they're speaking about and DOES NOT . Only then the cashier realizes that my daughter had already paid for the iced coffee. Voids it and doesn't apologize for his mistake, like nothing happened.

Every time I go into this place I am shocked at how the cashiers behave. Literally every single time they have headphones or airpods on. I've had to wait at the counter (as the only person in the store) while a female cashier argued with someone on facetime. I stood there absolutely shocked that I was being told to wait while she continued her phone conversation. This place makes me feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

Absolutely pathetic. Garbage service, garbage workers. There is one older lady worker there who is flagrantly disregarding store policies. Not to mention the price hike.

I would never come back here.

Cashiers are just plain rude and not very customer friendly, i can't believe corporate lets them wear airpods while working the counter. The store manger should be ashamed at the poor level of service there.

Didn't have taquitos ready, a sign says grill items can be made fresh. Got a long winded answer about how long it was going to take from the cashier (basically they dont want to do it).

Went in for lunch store is not busy at all store employee to I have to wait but in the meantime she playing on her phone facetime with someone.

Horrible. Wouldn’t sell me cigarettes even though I’m clearly not under 18 and I have an id that expired last month.
