This store is fun to visit. The staff is always fun and professional. They have nice suggestions for games when you're looking for something new.

I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but he was working all alone on Christmas Eve, and he was a rockstar. He dealt with the stupidest questions from the most clueless customer base imaginable and he never lost his good humor. I asked him how he drew the short straw, and he just shrugged it off and said “I couldn’t ask my employees to work open to close alone, but I know I can handle it”, and he was. I don’t know how GameStop promotes from within, but don’t lose this guy.

I had an awesome experience when Derek (636205) took the time to talk to me about what games I was into. He didn't try to upsell anything at all - just wanted to know more about his customer. I wish more places were like this. I'll definitely be back.

Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Was crazy busy the day after Christmas. They were quick at checkout and had a employee asking people in line if they had any questions before they got to the register, so as to make thinks quicker for the people waiting in line.

The guy who works as a manager there is very informative he knows a lot about the products. He even tried to help me take a disk out of my PlayStation for free. When that obviously isn’t a part of his job. Just an overall great person I’m sorry I don’t remember his name

This Gamestop is the nicer one in the area. Classier than the one near UB and more accessible than the one in the mall, this is the location you want. The staff is very professional and helpful, they greet you but don't badger you while shopping, and they're just generally good people. Prices are typically good as well.

I ALWAYS have a great experience when I go to Gamestop in the falls!!! They are so helpful and so knowledgeable about electronics and games! I feel like I know them personally. The customer service I receive going there is amazing. They always have what I need and if they didn’t they would recommend a place to find it. Love them!!!

A great store with great staff! Oddly enough, this is one of the smaller stores around yet it prevails as my favorite. I’ve gotten three Yakuza limited edition games there so far and the staff have been happy to oblige over the phone and at the counter.

GameStop is consistent in every state I have been to. Layout, isle size, atmosphere, etc. However, the Amherst NY location has the kindest, most helpful staff. My daughter walks in and is greeted, they remember us every time. Their knowledge of upcoming titles, how to's, and dedication to find things we are looking for goes well beyond our expectations.

Great assortment of games and normally has a sale going of some type. They are quite informative about the different systems and games.

Cashier was great. Talked to you like a friend. And we were in and out quick!

Every time I go there (which is fairly often) I'm greeted at the door and treated like a fellow gamer rather than a wallet, which seems to be a rarity at game stores anywhere. Especially GameStop so keep up the good work!

Super friendly and helpful staff! Tough to navigate from a wheelchair, although the staff are happy to move displays to give you access. This is my favorite local GameStop.

manager helped me with a return from an online purchase, then re-ordered the products for me, which turned out perfectly! i appreciate all the employees at this store.

My favorite place to buy my video games from they are offering a layaway until December 12th which is a great way to get a new system for someone for a Christmas gift without having to short and entire paycheck

Didnt get everything i was looking for but the gentleman that helped me did his best to find what he could and he hooked me up for sure

Not a lot of people there so we got what we needed and was out in 10 minutes and the person helped us get a coupon and renewed our rewards card.

Talk to the people behind the counter before you try to look for something. They all know their stuff and can help you find it faster then you can look and have great recommendations for the games and gear.

Craig is a beast! Super knowledgeable and very personable! I will definitely be going to this location from now on!

Employees are always really nice and attentive, especially Jeffrey, he's great.
