I'm not one to write reviews but in this case It's warranted.
I've placed many orders through Topdeck in the past and have never had an issue. Recently purchased an item online which did not reflect the stores inventory. Not only did they rectify the situation - they also honored my sale price and where able to provide me with said item.

I have ordered about 30 unique orders from Topdeck Hero over the last 6 years. They have always shown up and were packed well. They don't cancel orders and have shown they are a trusted vendor. Buy from them with confidence. They are in my opinion, among the top vendors in Canada for TCG related items.

Took a card into the shop to sell, and grab some more packs! They gave me a great price for the card. They have an enormous selection of pokemon singles and sealed products, including some stuff I haven't seen in years! Overall I had an amazing experience at Topdeck Hero! They are incredibly friendly, approachable and have an amazing knowledge on the TCG's that they buy and sell!

Nice place to come play, not a lot of Yugioh selection, but nice staff to let us come play, not a lot of card stores open to play locally due to covid still somewhat being a thing.

i visit this shop fairly often, the staff is very friendly here!!! the shop is very clean and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for!!! :-) i’m just a beginner collector and i’m strictly just looking for single cards of my favourite pokemon but i’d say that the prices are very fair for those!!!

Competitive pricing, great selection of various stocked products, excellent communication; the list goes on..

My personal experience has been nothing but pleasant - especially with "The Hero" JP himself! You may find some other websites pricing the certain products for slightly less while trying to find everything at the BEST prices - but I suggest giving this shop a fair chance and you will be considering making a second purchase shortly after.

This shop consistently performs with inventory and excellent customer service within reasonable measures.

Staff are friendly, they speak French and English. Great selection of MTG, Pokemon, accessories. Deck boxes, Arkhive boxes for large amount of cards. Occasional free stuff!

I bought multiple singles from them and always receive great service. Only had one issue with a card out of stock due to an inventory issue. They refounded me the price before delivery and gave me (for free as a surprise) a cheaper alternative for the trouble (Very appreciated since I needed the card for the weekend)

My favorite MTG store. Great staff and tournaments. Overall the most enjoyable experience to the point where I am willing to drive 20 km (one way) every week to play there.

Placed an online order for some sealed Pokemon Evolving Skies Booster boxes which were on sale at an incredible price. Couldn't be more satisfied with the product and service!

Amazing Service, very friendly, and never did I feel treated less then a king. They took the time to help me with a big trade, stayed past closing. Very knowledgeable, offers a lots of sealed out of date product not found in many stores. The store has a nice clean and cosy layout. The store is well located with lots of parking in the back.
