Worst customer service ever had in my life..Employee was rude and gave wrong information and was not ready to apologize.I visited the store for U-Haul rental to get a quote and all he wanted was my credit card information even before giving me a quote..I had been to multiple stores for the quote and no one asked me for credit card details, not even U-haul direct dealers and call centres.He even told me that it is the U-Haul company policy to have the credit card information, which was wrong.The employee at the store showed too much of attitude and was not ready to accept the mistake he did and asked me to leave the store, for his mistake.I then asked him to call the cops and then he kept his mouth shut due to the fact that he will be in trouble if cops reports.I then spoke to the U-haul and they apologized for this behaviour from their client and helped me with a better solution..And the U-Haul representative William told me that the company does not have the policy as mentioned by the convenience store employee.

Never ever recommend this store and their service!!Shame on the employee for not ready to accept or apologize for his mistake…

Do not shop here, the employee is rude and refused to let me pick up my amazon package.

Somehow everytime my teenage son goes here they try to over charge him .
