The employees have usually always been helpful and courteous. The store is usually clean and well stocked.

Friendly workers, usually has the items I'm looking for.

The one man who often works here overnight either just likes to jerk my chain or is in need of remedial training. Every time I present an in-store coupon at the register, he finds a reason not to honor it. My wife and I have been here often after I would pick her up from work. Tonight, there was a coupon for $0.75 off 2 Frito Lay snack-sized bags. My wife picked out a bag of Ruffles and I picked out a bag of Lays. Because the coupon displayed a bag of Cheetos, Ruffles, and Doritos, he wouldn't accept the coupon, and so I had to replace the bag of Lays with a bag of Ruffles. At least two times in the past, I tried to buy two bags of chips with a coupon, and he said it had to be the exact flavor displayed on the coupon. At this point, his discourtesy needs to be made known. Normally, we have a good experience at this store.

Expensive ,,everything's overpriced

I lost my foodstamp card there and I've been calling for last 3 days m the phone line has been busy since and have no transportation to get there...Is there a different number? I need help? I don't wanna find ride there if my card isn't there.

This store will litterly up the price compared to any of the other stores ex) I was gonna buy a poler pop which usalusu come to $1.23 with tax but all the sudden today it was $1.35 and the asistasst store nanmana adury was getting an adute when I asked about the price change

No wait in line, room temperature coffee

This store is supposed to be open 24 hrs. I walk here, arrive at 6:50 am. They are not open. The handwritten sign say" closed will reopen at 7". It is currently 7:11 and nobody is here. Trash service for being in an neighborhood with such few stores.

I lost my id last place I used it was this 7/11 I am currently calling the store to find out if they have it before I walk there. I have called 20+ times with no answer or they answer and push a button so it just beeps in my ear. All 7/11’s around my area are individually owned and these people will not get my business anymore. I am in this store so often they know what I’m getting the fact that I can’t get anyone to answer or not hold a button in my ear is so unprofessional. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

We took a medium drink and three 3 oz paper cups to share the drink. Store operator is paranoid that we are stealing I guess, he charged us half dollar per cup. Such a shame.
