When I need something I go there and buy and some time I call them about products if they have in stock if not they order for me staff is very helpful

I love this store. The customer service has always been great whenever I've been here.
There in an Indian lady who works the cashier and she is very knowledgeable about herbal products of all sorts. It really helped me to make decisions about products I was interested in.

The last thing I really like is that they will order custom dried herbs for you, you just have to pre-pay the order and pick it up once it's available.

This has helped me a lot as I often buy loose dried herbs, and it saves a lot of money for me personally. There are only a few select stores who carry loose herbs, and I am really glad to find another store that offers this option :)

Omg one of the best small business health food store. Im surprised they carry many natural and organic product, but just 1 thing that throws me off, so thats why i rate 4/5. The staffs/owner of the store should not be selling natural and organic products as for they seem to hand in irrelevant and untrue recommendations and informations to clients/ customers. Im disappointed in that. From what I noticed from shopping there plenty of times is that they mainly focus on selling, just to make the money vs healing people in need

They sold a whole shelf of expired products, many over 6 months past their expiry date. I didn't realize this and bought products expecting them to be safe for consumption and then quickly realized they were not once i began to consume them. I had to wait 38 minutes then from the time i walked in the store to the time I had got my refund. They even tried to tell me my products were final sale and 2 of the protein bars were opened so I couldnt get a refund, as if they were going to resell the items! Poor customer service and policy and overall horrible buyer experience. They really should be investigated for intentionally selling expired products to consumers.

Only reason they got 2 stars is that I did eventually get my refund and they do have a wide variety of products. Also, their employee was new and nice, but her superiors who were telling her what to do in this situation were atrocious.

Really expensive, probably best to just order online

Their products are so expensive and not worth it to buy from them I would give 0 stars I don’t recommend whoever is seeing this do not buy anything it’s too expensive here

Oh yes. The girl at the cash register was nice and definitely the other Indian girl will follow you everywhere. And their price is way expensive. Healthy planet has all the products and we could get in a cheaper price.

If I could give a negative 10, I would! Horrible customer service. The company states they don’t give refunds but on my receipt it did not state that. I bought an over priced bottle of soap. 26$ for dr bronner soap! Healthy planet has it for 15$. All of the products in there they mark up the products and majority of their products are knock offs. Anyways long story short they are disrespectful and racists. When I went in that store they had an employee follow me around the whole store. I’m taking my complaint to head office and then to stc head office. This store should be shut down ! No good customer service!

Very rude and highly unprofessional. They over charged me $100 but refused to give me a refund even though I provided them with the receipt and the products I purchased for $34. She insisted on seeing my bank statements and investigate if it was their receipt or not even though it states their name on it. Asked me to come back after 4 days. After waiting 1 1/2 hour she tells me to get out the of store and never come back. Please don't shop there, very frustrating and rude experience.

The store manager PAM is very rude. I used to work and she never paid me for 60 hours. Would never recommend working there!
