My transaction at the pump got declined because I tried to redeem PC points for car wash but I guess I didn't have enough points to cover car wash. So the pump decline the whole transaction including the amount I authorized in my CC for gas. I went inside to enquire. The young guy at the counter was helpful and explained well.

1 less star for increasing car wash price. They even removed the discount that you get if you buy gas.

They carried new doritos i dont have in my home town

Reasonable rates for gas at most times.

Service was fast and quick and gas is usually cheap there

Called the store to ask if they sell propane, their gas station attendant on June 22, 2022 at 4:38 pm picked up and hanged up, then completely disconnected their phone line resulting in all future calls to disconnect. Why do you post your phone number if you would not like to be called? Am I supposed waste time and bring the tank just to check if you sell propane here? What's wrong with asking? What's wrong with management?

Staff was in a video call with friends around 1:15 am. He didnt open the door and waited 10 mins outside.

On last Friday I bought 3 steam cards worth $120 and on the same day I went back to return $100 steam card, there was a store guy his name is Ravi Teja he denied stating that they are not allowed to take them back, I came back home and approached steam customer service, they have told me that even if the steam card is activated you can return them back to the retailer. I went back to the same guy and told this is against return policy of a customer, he told me that I have to talk to his manager and he was not responding properly. I didn’t understand how can they hire a person who is not properly trained, I suspect the legal authorization of this guy to work in Canada.

I want give a complain against the store in the gas station and want to take a legal action.For that to whom I need to approach??

I went inside this convenience store to express my disappointment with the Ultimate car wash I purchased from them and had the worst customer experience one could ever imagine as a result of interaction with their cashier, his name is Ravi Teja.

Rather than attending to my concerns, Ravi Teja started arguing with me and when I left the store unsatisfied mentioning that their customer service is terrible Ravi Teja had the audacity to respond to me by saying "I need to learn customer service skills". Ravi Teja's response is a clear indication that his IQ level does not meet the customer service standards expected in his job. In addition, Ravi Teja does not have adequate skills to communicate amicably with customers which likely is a result of improper training because of his ineligibility to work in Canada. I will be in touch with the immigration authorities to have his alien status and work permit investigated.

Message to the owner, FIRE Ravi Teja immediately to avoid legal action as reviews on Google suggest that he was rude to other customers too. I have a recording of my interaction with Ravi Teja and I will be sharing it with your corporate office for further action. Get in touch with me as soon as possible as I would like to give you an opportunity to settle this matter offline.

Worst customer experience ever, I wish there was a rating for 0 stars!

I was here last night and it was the worst. the indian guy working almost attacked me cause someone i was with urinated on the side of the building. Yeah that was wromg of them but had nothing too do with me. the guy should of went and talked too her insted of asking me is she "belongs" to me then on top of that i got 17 woth of gas tried too pay 15 cash then the rest on card and then he charged me 10 on debit so that means i pyed 25 for 17 worth of gas. Never going here again. Also this is canada we do not own women here. Only other time ill be back is monday with the police there is no reason too lock me in the store after paying my bill/you guys taking some extra for yourselves

desi old guy was so rude, he doesnt have proper customer service, terrible attitude even 1 star is not worth to give on this guy, mgt shld remove him and change with a young properly train with customer service
