Started buying from here a while ago and I’ll continue to do so for a long time! Their customer service is amazing and Jarrod always helps me with whatever concerns I have. I highly recommend switching to them for their delivery service if you find yourself with a packed schedule every week. I have yet to have a single mistake in any of my orders and I’m very impressed! Keep up the great work guys!

I've been subscribed to a food delivery plan for more than a year now and I can't express how convenient this is!

I set the frequency, added my card to my account and just get the food delivered to my door, I've never had to think about the food for my dog, it's just always there :) The prices are great, plus they donate a portion of the price to a charity of your choice, PLUS I get cashback on my subscription and more!
I've never had issues, even times when I wanted to change the frequency or something else, the customer service has been just excellent.
I have no plans of changing my preferred pet food supplier.

I also have a bird and once they grow enough to offer pellets and similar things for birds, I'll order that from them too :)

You won’t regret using them!

I ordered dog food for delivery. It's always delivered fast and the staff were super helpful when I emailed them. Love that they donate to local charities! They also give you the option of subscriptions that help you save a bit of money, but there is no obligation and you can choose to have items delivered as needed. Also they have lower prices for my dog's food then the previous place I was ordering from.

Great service! Have have been using them for years, friendly staff and great customer service. Whenever I’ve had a question I always get a response back in a timely manner. Love love how convenient this service is. Especially for adding litter to my pet food deliveries. 🐱 🚚

It has been so convenient being able to order dog food and have it delivered directly to our house. Delivery is free and they often are able to deliver in a few days which is great.

I love the wonderful service, it’s fabulous to have the food delivered on a schedule; I would always forget to get food until the bag was almost empty or empty lol. Now my dogs never have that problem of their mom fasting them a meal. I highly recommend Fetch n Stay!!!!! A++++++ service.

Such a great service! Brings huge relief to on the go dog parents that every 6 weeks the food is automatically ordered, delivered, and billed to us. Thank you for all that you do!

Unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 stars to 0, I began experiencing uncommunicated delays/ missed delivery for about the last 6 months. They were responding when I initiated contact by email, blaming supplier shortages or delays and I would eventually get my order.
However, my last order was charged to my cc on May 22, it was not delivered the Wednesday, then it did not come the Saturday. I sent an email, no response. I sent a second email and then tried calling to get the message "this number is not in service". I am out $120 for now, I've submitted a claim to my credit card but as per policy vendors are given 30 days to fulfill an order so I'll wait.
On top of this I had to cancel my credit card because subscription cancellations can only be completed via email according to their still active website.
The owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves, while its unfortunate if your business failed it is no excuse to steal people's money and leave your customers in the dark.

Was super great for a year until they started charging me for food and not delivering it, refusing to honour the Acana buy 12, get one free, refusing to honour my rewards, suddenly charging an extra $10 a bag without letting me know, and refusing to provide receipt of the 1% donation they say they do.

They don't tell you if your order is out of stock and they can't deliver unless you follow up yourself. My cat starved because of Fetch & Stay.

Wed it was supposed to open at noon. Waited till 12:15 blinds all still closed tight. Only an 855 # to a call center on hold for 6 mins still no answer so i left
