BIG shout out to the guys over at 411 Drives! I was looking to buy my first car and I must say Umi and Shaun made the whole process a breeze. They walked me though the entire process as I am a first time buyer! Umi took it upon himself to make sure I got exactly what i was looking for! Great communication throughout and they got me approved without a sweat! Came to the shop looking to purchase or finance a vehicle. I was met by Shaun and he got me a fantastic financing deal on my 2019 Kia soul ex+. Have nothing but good things to say about the shop and continue to service my vehicle with them. Great experiences every time I come in.

After dealing with business with poor customer service and being satisfied with their product/service satisfaction, you really question who you can trust within this industry.

Got my winter tires swapped out and got a new battery at the shop. Very good customer service, and they basically only charged me for the labour and my car was in and out of the shop in only half an hour👍

Worst place they spent 8 months. Lied about repairing vehicle. I believe I even tried to sell it and stole my plate holders from the car. Found vehicle was left at another garage in pickering for several months, and he had been paid even after I told the finance company wippy he had not completed repairs. Never use this garage it is bad service and will cost you 10 times more than a dealership.

Shaun and Ali did great with getting me the perfect car very quickly and offered me a great deal as I am also a student.

Will definitely be a returning customer!
