Popped in while trying to figure out how to cash in my Rewards card. The Cashier got the manager who was absolutely awesome. Her level of customer service felt more like a fine dine restaurant than a Timmy's.

I can't for the life of me understand how a Steap Tea with 2 Milk 2 sugar turns into a Coffee Double double or worst a Steap tea with 2 Cream 2 Sugar. I know everyone makes mistakes but it is still an opportunity for improvement.

Best Tim Hortons in Orillia! The only one that makes me a steep tea when I ask for a steep tea - the other locations either give me bag tea or coffee! I find them quick compared to other locations in the area.

Another of Orillia’s better locations. By far the best service with very easy entering and exiting options. A very good selection of all foods and I honestly do not think I have ever been told they they are out of something I have ordered. Always smiling and pleasant. Enjoy using this location very much.

Great drive thru. Very thorough and confirmed our order. My son loves his heated Chocolate Chip Muffins!

Great location! They can get really long drive through lines, but staff are fast and friendly, so you won't end up waiting long.

Coffee and food are always served right. Drive thru is always fast.

Best coffee and tea you could ask for, friendly staff, wait times maybe a little longer now with staff being cut back due to wage increase but it is well worth it once u get your order and it's always with a smile.

We had to make a quick-strategic stop to get breakfast while on the road and we got what we needed, quick and easy.

Tim's is a good place to go on them hot days with the family there's lots of Tim's I. Orillia I believe about 7 nice cold drives in the summer and hot ones for the winter :)
