My coffee tasted great which is rare around here during not do busy times :)

I do love ❤ tim Hortons
I do go in every day in the mornings
It is the habit, and the feel the atmosphere
And the smell of food ,coffee.

Drive thru and walk in takeout
No seating or washrooms

Busy location, so it was a bit of a wait but the team was trying to keep everything moving .

There is a nice grass patch we sat on while enjoying our pit stop

The iced coffee didn't have much ice so it melted within the first 2 min and wasn't as cold as I would have liked but everything else was as expected !

No seating that I saw. I think this Timmies is more geared for drive thru. They do have a small counter area but not much standing room.

Best Tim Hortons in Orillia and Surrounding area. Other locations should lead by the example set out by the people at this location! Food is always fresh, coffee is always amazing and service is second to none!

A typical Timmies. Fast drive thru. I'm not a huge fan of their food but to each his own. Coffee is aways good.

I don't go inside this one but it is fast service.

Ashley is phenomenal! The rest of the experience is a regular Tim’s experience, but she always go out of her way to give excellent service, she’s super nice and smiley, she’s definitely the reason everyone in our household continues to go to this location. Without her this would be a 3 star rating at best.

Good for drive through pickup. Easy access from road. Staff is very friendly and efficient. ordered breakfast sandwich which is now available all day. Noted there is now kids meal available. This was a gap in their menu so I think it's a good addition

A little slow due to someone ordering a lot of items in the drive-thru, but friendly service makes it easy to appreciate their hard work and understand the grief they get.

Excellent customer service. If you have more than 5 cars in the drive thru ahead of you expect a long wait time.

Very slow, but expected because it is such a busy location. Happy to say they got our order exact, even with a few specific requests. Great location.

Amazing service, great location, very clean. Parking lot is free. Snow removal is taken care of. Will definitely come again.

Ordered from the drive-thru and received wonderful service from Heather. Took our order with no hiccups and at the window, she was very polite and had great customer service.

This is a busy location but very fast. The staff is excellent 95% of the time or better. Coffee is usually great here too.

I had a sort of unique request and wasn't sure if it was possible. But the employee was enthusiastic that he could make it happen and did a great job!

Too expensive cheaper to make coffee at home in the morning food is always the same how much can you eat the same stale food half cooked they rush everything on there food
