This company is a pleasure to work with. They did a minor repair to my roof last year (prompt service, reasonable price) but did recommend getting quotes to replace the roof as it was showing signs of age (approx 15 to 20 years. I got an estimate from them which was very fair and explained everything they would be doing. Very detailed quote. The estimator/salesman was open and honest and a pleasure to deal with. The office was always responsive to questions and again just a pleasure to work with. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in two days as promised. They cleaned up the work site very well and left my yard spotless. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone considering getting work done on their roof.

Their customer service, price and work quality was excellent. They provided a quote that specified the use of quality materials at an unbeatable price, and with a completion timeline that matched our need. They also helped us to select the best colour shingles for our home by providing computerized renderings of the different options. The work crew took great care to protect our property and landscaping as they worked to remove the old shingles and install the new ones. The crew worked very quickly and did an excellent job. A follow-up quality inspection was done to confirm our satisfaction and that the job met expectations.

I have to say from the salesmen who quoted me the job, to the 3 young men who did the work, it was a very profession job.
The work and clean up after the job was excellent. I would hire them for any job I have in the future. I'm very satisfied with the price I paid and the work that was done.

I called in January or so and they came as soon as the snow stopped (March). They did an excellent job, the roof looks beautiful and they were fast too. They removed the old shingles , put weatherproofing down, and installed the new shingles & vents etc all within a day. Everything is neat and tidy & we are so happy we chose them. The price was also good given the economy is so bad right now. They were also very communicative & professional as well.

Special thanks to LeeAnn and Bill for running such an excellent business. We will definitely be calling you for new eaves later this summer.

I did quite a bit of research/read reviews and received several other re-shingle roof quotes before deciding on Trade-Rep. Bill and Gil were courteous, professional and personable during the initial site visit. Lee Ann did a great job communicating details with me during the project. They are gueninely good people and awesome to work with.
The onsite team worked efficiently and professionally. I definitely would recommend this company for re-shingling a roof.

I had a wonderful experience with Trade-Rep and will be hiring them again for future work. During the pandemic, it was difficult to source reliable contractors. Trade-Rep gave me a professional quote quickly and it was competitively priced with top notch materials. They replied to all my questions and their team delivered the end product quickly with excellent workmanship, replacing my old skylights and a new roof in a matter of days. Everything was done to ensure I was 100% happy, and I am a picky customer! I would recommend Bill and Lee-Ann to anyone, some of my neighbours even asked for their contact info after seeing the efficiency and quality of the work that was done.

Before I chose Trade-Rep, I read many glowing reviews. I admit to being somewhat skeptical. No one can be that good. Yes, Lee Ann and Bill ARE that good, stellar in fact, with thorough professionalism and patience standing out.
One quality not mentioned in any other review is their sense of humour. I loved that, and their reactions to mine. What does that have to do with roofing you ask? It made the process of planning, choosing, and even paying very pleasant indeed.
Although I do hope not to see them again any time soon I take pleasure in recommending them to all.

I had a very positive experience with TradeRep. Bill and Lee Ann are personable, completely professional people, and their product is solid. My many questions were always answered in good time and when asked her opinion, Lee Ann was very helpful in suggesting a new shingle colour. As agreed, my old stucco house was reshingled in late October while I was away. I returned to find a super job had been done: The new shingles look great and absolutely no mess was left behind. I would recommend TradeRep to anyone.

The quality work was impeccable. The crew showed up on time and completed the job within a timely fashion while explaining everything they were going to do. The crew was careful to clean up and was always courteous and polite not just to us but to our neighbors as well. I especially appreciated dealing with Lee-Ann and Bill throughout the process of completing the job. They took the time to answer all my questions. I received a quick response to my request for a quote and the crew showed up within a week to start the job. I would highly recommend Trade-Rep and would definitely use them again.

Trade- Rep did an awesome job in replacing the roof for my apartment building. Bill and Lee Ann were a pleasure to deal with, especially Lee Ann. Their proposal based on cost and scheduling was unbeatable, and additionally they were able to help me with my insurance claim.
