Not only did she bring the vehicle to me for a test drive, but she also delivered the vehicle to my door when I purchased it as I was unable to make it to the dealership. Bought a vehicle recently with them... Talha made sure to offer what was needed to close the deal and closed in the pending items. Even after, when some of them were to be addressed, they referred me to their workshop and provided excellent service. So far so good!

I met Luke Phui at this dealership when he was providing vacation coverage. Luke works at the Hopewell Way location but has contact with this dealership. I've been buying cars for many years and this was hands down my best experience. Luke was attentive to the vehicle I was shopping and respectful of my budget. I had a great experience when purchasing my vehicle from Talha and his team. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they were happy to show me many different options before I decided which car I wanted. We were actively looking for a used BMW. Being from Medicine Hat we reached out to the Calgary area for one. After dealing with a different dealership we seemed uneasy moving forwards and came across a 2013 BMW 328i xdrive exactly what we wanted at the price point we were comfortable with. Mena was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to our situation being 3 hours away. She provided pics and a video tour of the car. Also took her time to answer all my questions. Provided me the carfax and Amvic Inspection promptly. Once we arrived she let us take the vehicle out for a drive and also let us check it out before signing any deal. We met the manager who was also quite knowledgeable about the car and it’s history. I would recommend this company from our dealings and Mena will do her best to find you a good vehicle.

I acquired a pre-owned vehicle from GT Motorsports Airdrie. Mena was very polite, helpful and professional. The vehicle had only been on the lot two days, and had not been detailed yet. It looked fairly clean. The vehicle had a few repairs indicated on the in house inspection. All repairs were taken care of at no cost to me. Mena was also accommodating when I required an inspection be done by my mechanic (at my cost, of course). My mechanic confirmed that the indicated repairs were completed and gave the go ahead that this was a road worthy vehicle. Mena offered at my convenience to bring the vehicle back to have it professionally detailed. There was a mistake on the bank draft, Mena reached me and we got the error fixed, again Mena was very polite. I would recommend GT Motor Sports Airdrie for your next pre-owned vehicle. My journey started at GT Motors in Airdrie, but ended at the GT Motors location in Calgary. See my review there for “the whole journey”. But the short version is that I was thrilled with my overall experience. I found the vehicle in Airdrie and Luke worked within my budget, did not press extra fees, moved the ride closer to me in Calgary for a test drive, and even after he found out I didn’t want to finance closed the deal with as much attention as when we started. I can’t tell you what to do - but if I was you - I’d show up, ask for him, and with any luck it will be the only stop on your new ride journey.

Mena helped me out when me and my wife were looking to get a Mazda 3. The car was clean and detailed when I showed up, and they were super relaxed and flexible with allowing me to test drive the car, and take it in for a third party inspection at my mechanic; that spoke volumes, and built trust for sure!
