My experience with Ebgo Electric bikes has been very positive. Ordering and shipping was quick and easy (I ordered mine through Costco). The bike did arrive with a small dent and paint chip on the rear rack. I notified the Company right away and they shipped me a replacement rack immediately. The bike was very well packaged and easy to assemble. I have ridden a couple of hundred kilometres now and everything works perfectly. Battery lasts a very long time before it needs charging. The bike has lots of power to assist you going up steep hills. I am certainly enjoying riding my bike along the trails of our city and would definitely recommend this product to those looking for an Electric Bike.

I bought the cc47 from Costco in June 2021. I absolutely love it. I have over 500 km on it so far. Battery is great. I did over 120 km with assistance (3 different adventures) on 1 charge. 2 of my friends have bought the same bike this spring and my husband bought the cc48. They are all as happy as I am. Customer service is fantastic. My headlight died at 300 km,they sent a new one immediately. In the fall, I received an email reminding me how to take care of my battery during winter! Great customer service! I highly recommend this bike.

I purchased my CC50 through Costco. The bike arrived quickly and well packed. My husband and I had it assembled in about a half hour.
I love my new electric bike. It rides better then any other bike I've ever owned. I can maintain a speed of approximately 18 to 22 km easily. I am a 69 year old woman, slightly overweight but have always been active. Both the PAS and throttle can give me the help I need when I need or want it but I've ridden the bike for over 200km now and my display shows I still have a fully charged battery. Impressive.
I had a few questions when I initially received the bike. A phone call to the company and all those questions were promptly and politely answered.

I love my Ebgo bike it is easy to use and seat is so comfortable! The ordering process was very easy and bike arrived very quickly. I have had this bike for three years and use it for recreation combined with exercise. I have approximately 7000 km on it. The battery can still easily take me 75 km set at 3. This includes a variety of hills mostly paved pathways. I have had a bit of trouble with the charging connection but Ebgo has been great in working with me to get that resolved even though they are in Quebec and I am way out west. This is a great touring bike and it has been absolutely reliable throughout the three years I’ve had it. I would but it again.

I purchased my Ebgo bike late last fall and have loved it. I purchased the open box sale for my bike, so not sure what to expect at first. It arrived sooner than I expected. It was perfect. This spring the front light was not working and Ebgo shipped me a new light no charge. I am very happy with my Ebgo bike.

My family has 3 ebgo bikes. We purchased them in early 2020. We have 2 regular ones and one fatbike. We have not had any major challenges with the bikes so far. They charge quickly and they have a smooth ride. They are great in windy days and going up hills. The throttle is excellent for dead starts at intersections giving you the small little assist.
I will say that I had a small issue with the front headlight on my bike. The push button switch on the headlight malfunctioned keeping the headlight on at all times so I had it disabled which is fine as I do not ride after sundown.
I would like to add I have contacted the office for small adjustments and the service techs were very helpful. We are extremely satisfied with the bikes.

Absolutely love this bike!! I bought cc47 electric bike at Costco. Easy to put together and beautiful ride. Battery lasts a long time. Been on 2.5 hr trips with some assist as lots of hills here and and still had at least 3/4 of power left.

My wife and I purchased our EBGO CC50 in October of 2021 just before heading to AZ for the winter and have been extremely pleased with them, we ride several times a week and have ridden just over 2000 km's since then.
the only issues so far have been a headlight burning out and when I contacted the service department they quickly responded and sent a replacement without any hesitation.
These bikes are easy to ride and it makes cycling enjoyable again, (I am in my late 60's), they are also a great deal for the price we paid.
I would (and have ) recommend these bikes to many friends and persons who have enquired about them.

Purchased the EBGO Bike a few months ago & have been extremely happy with it. It exceeds my expectations, dependable with excellent controls which are easy to operate. The battery also works far better than I expected. It has all the features of a much more expensive bike like hydraulic brakes, great front & rear lights, thumb throttle & a superior rear rack as well as full coverage fenders & chain guard. Compares favourably to bikes more than double the price.

Ordered my cc47 from Costco on line April 18/22 and it was delivered April 26/22.
The weather was not that good out so I put it together in the dinning room. Putting it together was easy watching the video on the Ebgo website.

Love it and have close to 300 kms on it now.

My display shows a 2133 number when you first turn it on and the little black light doesn’t appear on the screen. However I’m sure it’s on the highest back light. Works great otherwise.

Quiet running and all the gear changes are smooth.

Great value and quality. Would definitely recommend.

I have my CC48+ since September 2020, so far, it’s only pure fun riding my bike. My husband bought and IGo bike from Costco and we find that mine is better and more fun to ride. I’m 5’5’’ and took the small size and it is perfect. The battery is still very good, we do almost every day an hour and a half bike rides. The only thing that I would improved if I was the company is the back light. I bought myself a very bright red light so people can see us better during day time. And their red light should be like the white one in the front: connected to the bike battery.
It’s a very stable bike on the road, got it checked last year with VéloFix at my house.

I own a small private bike tour company in Vancouver, for the last 7 years. I bought 3 Ebgo50 for my tours this year and they are the best in price range AND one of the best Pedal Assist Electric bikes. Plenty of power and range. Dash is highlighted and useful! The Extra Power button……useful or should I say Helpful!

I LOVE my EBGO bike and got one for my husband, they are solid, performs really well, easy to use and if for some reason that you cannot pedal, it will still move along very efficiently. Both my husband and I have had the chain come off, it is a little tricky to get it back on with the mud guard, that is the only problem that we have had. I have recommended this bike to a few friends, one has purchased and is very happy with it. I highly recommend it.

Only had one problem...motor went on my ebgo bike. I called them and they sent me a new complete rear wheel (with tire and tube) so fixing problem was easy. Calling them was painless, service was quick. I returned my old wheel in the box provided, and shipping label was included. Very painless, I was only down about 3-4 days,...and I live in Alberta, quite a way from their headquarters. Haven't had any problems since!.

I purchased my CC47 EBGO bike through Costco after some research on EBIKES. The price and quality of the bike is excellent value. Packaging and Assembly was great and easy. I am very satisfied with the length of charge that it holds even on an 2nd gear it lasts easily 50km. I had an issue with the rear brake which Marc at their Distrik customer service handled quickly and sent me a new one no charge. Definitely recommend EBGO bikes to anyone considering an EBIKE.

We bought the EBGO bike for its style and comfort but especially for after sale service. The close-by service and EBGO support are both fantastic.

Exceptional Product and Customer Service
We have had our EBikes 4 years and have put over 2000km on them. We were recently in the US and had an issue with one bike. EBGo was able to courier us the parts and walk us through the required repair. We would definitely buy our next bikes from EBGo.

Bought this Ebgo ebike CC 48 in 2019. I put over 11,000 kilometres on the bike todate.
During this time period I have had fabulous service to all my requests for parts and service.
The bike looks and performs today like the day I bought it.
I highly recommend this bike and all Ebgo bikes for there quality and a great looking bike, even after over 11,000 kilometres.
