I just bought some Christmas books and the staff here are wonderful, so helpful and interactive with their customers, absolutely wonderful.

They have some new staff on cash and I think she's doing a wonderful job, very sweet and personable, she'll do great!

Keep up the wonderful customer service. Will definitely be back maybe even tomorrow.

This Coles is a gem among the Indigo chain.
The employees here are so kind, helpful and genuinely care about stocking their store with the latest new releases and trending books. It’s very obvious their passionate about their role and working with books. Their romance section is running circles around the other Chapters/Indigo’s I’ve visited. Worth the visit especially for niche romance lovers!

It is a small book store but well organized. The staff are also really nice and helpful. They know their stuff :)

One of my most favorite stores to shop, it is exhilarating walking into the book store. It feels like walking into a wall of knowledge. The staff is always friendly and willing to help going out of their way to make sure you are finding everything you are looking for.

Absolutely love the indigo chain of bookstores..so happy with the books we bought there yest..we went back today for more!!

I really love this store has lots of interesting choices. If I can just add 1 little comment it would be that the employees are nicer to the customers whether there male or female. I would really appreciate for me being a male to get the same and nice welcome as other clients say female get treated.

Great store for the size, excellent if you are looking for popular books or high end stocking stuffers/small gifts. Not a ton of depth to each section but lots of popular titles for each section, even including manga. If you're looking for more selection or for something specific, check out the Fairview chapters, however if you don't quite know what you want this store is excellent and probably has something for you.

I love Coles ❤ the workers are always so nice and helpful and they have great selection of books, decor, and notebooks. They also have cute baby clothes and toys.

Excellent service. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about children's books for children of different ages and for gifts for adults.

I read a lot of Ebooks, but there is just something about the weight of a book 8n your hands. This is the store that I go to when I want that feeling. Plus they don't just sell books, they sell other things too!
