Succeda

SO MUCH YES

Succeda is one of the best Italian restaurants in Canada. My experience here has been nothing but fantastic. Their focaccia is among the best I've had, and we even picked up some Dolce and Gabbana panettone here too. Super nice people and excellent food.

Succeda continues to be one of the best restaurants within an hour of Montreal. The people are amazing and the food is absolutely superb. Succeda is always worth the drive.

This restaurant is superb. Went there for a birthday dinner and it didn't disappoint. There was a live DJ playing old school R&B/Pop cuts. The service was efficient. The food was delicious. The focaccia was hands down the best I've ever tasted. The fish dish was perfectly seasoned. The huge steak dish for two was perfectly cooked to my desired doneness. The polenta and broccolini, miam ! For dessert, the little donuts were simple but so tasty. I can't wait to go back.

I had lunch at Succeda for the second time and it was absolutely amazing. We were 4 people and everyone really enjoyed their meal. The service with Giovanni was top notch. It’s rare to see a waiter who cares about his customers the way Giovanni does. He goes the extra mile to make you happy. All of us will definitely go back to Succeda.

It's the 2nd time we have dined here and wow is all I have to say, the staff is so polite and nice, Bastien took care of us and was amazing! The food is out of this world, the Branzino was superb and the homemade pasta is a must! I highly recommend going, We will be back soon :)

We have been coming to Succeda often because it’s just so amazing. Very unique service as the staff are very detailed and specific about their menu. Drinks and Wine are crazy amazing you have got to try all of them but the water lol ! A big thanks to the Family Succeda the staff is on point ! A very big thanks to Bastien for always taking care of us.

Feels great to be welcomed into a restaurant that actually wants you to hang around and enjoy your experience. This is not your typical 2-service turnaround eat-and-get-out trendy place (though it certainly looks the part, the decor is stunning!). Our waiter Giovanni asked us if we wanted to wait to finish our cocktails before ordering the main course, as the appetisers were quite generous.

The wow could have stopped there - the 4 of us very rarely experienced such care - but that would leave out the food. Hand-made pasta, beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients - not at all the salt festival we typically expect from standard Italian fare. The waiter knew how to present his menu perfectly, including gluten-free and vegetarian options.

Speaking of the cocktails, they were perfectly balanced, they have a good wine list and offer interesting Italian beer options on tap.

We will most certainly be back again and try out the terrasse on beautiful summer nights. We really had a beautiful evening and a great experience. Merci équipe Succeda!

Karen served us again and she recognized us... how nice! She was absolutely perfect. She was very professional and savvy about the all aspects of all dishes proposed on the menu. Focaccia with burrata was freshly made and so were our pasta dishes. Arrancini and polpetta (meat balls) were superb. We also consulted a very savvy young man for our wine choice. He recommended a perfect match for our food choices. Reasonably priced. Very nice terrace. Ambiance is quaint and classy. We love the place.

I'm in love with Succeda. Attentive professional and friendly staff who present everything well. I like the whole space and design of the restaurant with a terrace. The food is amazing. I love homemade pasta in all ways. It's great that I can buy their products on the spot. I recommend 100% my favorite place

Amazing restaurant with nice atmosphere. Food is so authentic and mind blowing if you are a foodie. Service is excellent and the owner is usually there paying extra attention to all the customers. Its 6 times weve been now and its been excellent every time!

Placed an order online, picked up my food hot and fresh for my Saturday night family dinner! You can tell the pastas are hand-made, you can't compare the taste. Great location, friendly staff, we've been missing such a resto in the area. Will definitely be back!

The suplis and the lasagna are next level! New favorite in the city. Although those two stuck out, everything was great, tasty, well portioned, and packaged well!
