Dr. Lacerte is amazing and I can't say enough good things about her, but it is SO frustrating as the phone is always off and I can never get through to book an appointment. I've tried to book online, but then I get a cancellation email.

Completely unprofessional as a medical office. The office staff are not polite and speak extremely loud on the phone, sharing all of your personal information to the other patience in the room. They are always late, so having an appointment is useless, except if you show up 2 minutes late, they will not take you. I have waited for over an hour almost every single time I've went to see Dr. Lacerte. Save yourself some time and find another Dr office.

In hospital with unknown if kidney stones or not for 3 week's In and out.. pain went away after the second week and had aCT scan in selkirk hospital, no stones passed no one knows what it was.. after numerous calls and being ignored for 5 month's from the oakbank clinic. It took me to come down and talk in person frustrated and upset at the clinic to make an appointment all to find out about results. Let alone how rude the receptionist is and was! Finally lacerte came out and we made an appointment 5 month's and attitude from.the receptionist all threw out these 5 month's and several calls to none returned until I came in person.. everyone's tough when. You can hang up a phone on a patient with a serious unknown case after being ignored for 5 month's!!! Takes respect to get it they need to start with manners and doing there job over the phone. with helping people medically instead of ignorng them. And hanging up on them! If in search of a new doctor clinic this one is not for you!!!

Rude does not care about my time he cancels whit out notice .you find out when you show up for scheduled appointments.

Make sure you actually don’t need a Dr coz wholly fxck getting them on the phone WTF appointments maybe and you better hope it’s not a emergency

In my opinion not a very good doctor. Main goal is just prescribing medications and not actually listening to the patient. Wants you in and out as fast as he can. Basically just wants to cover up symptoms instead of fixing the problem. Yes punctual, on time, polite etc. But when you want your health actually taken care of and not just prescribed meds then not the place to go. Also does not know all side effects of the drugs prescribing.
