I have never written a review for a Tim Hortons before, but todays service was so exceptional I had to. I was served by Usha at the drive thru and her professionalism and service made me wish that every Tim Hortons was like this one !

It was a stopover on our way to Blue Mountain. Just bought timbits. As alwats Timmy's timbits are always satisfying..

Excellent food and Coffee.

Fresh food, good customer service. Our favorite is steeped tea double double with croissant toasted with butter. We also liked their sausage on biscuit and sometimes on croissant.

I was in here a while back and had a young woman Sandra taking my order. She was helpful and kind, great experience overall!

Very fast service. I came here when I dropped off my sister. The work is obviously tough at times but all in all they work hard here. I read that the food is inconsistent at the times but I was not here nor did I order food so all in all, this tim hortons-attached to the gas station has done a good fast, speedy, well-done, job. High appraisal to the owner/manager. I will likely come visit here at this location one time or another time. Thanks for reading

I ordered a sandwich in drive through and they made a mistake by putting lettus on my cream cheese sandwich instead of tomato (as I ordered). When I returned and told them about it, the store manager apologized nicely and fixed the issue right away. I know that it should be considered as a normal customer service, but unfortunately it's getting rare these days.

Good Tim's in Aurora, very speedy and great tasting food. Always accurate with my order, and staff is really friendly and courteous.
