I learned everything I needed to learn. And the teachers are so good. They are willing to help you become successful. On top of that, the class I belonged to became good friends.
Sprott Shaw is a good environment and will give you a good studying experience.

I highly recommend the Educational Assistant program at Sprott Shaw College, Victoria BC. Not only can you earn an EA diploma, but you also earn an ECEA certificate. You will get access to many programs to promote self-advancement, some of them which you gain permanent access to. You will earn tons of certificates and receive in-depth training in all aspects of the field you will be entering. The best thing about Sprott Shaw is that I didn't have to wait for a spot to open in order to start. You begin right away and go straight through until you are finished (no delays). I really loved how the class was focused on exactly what I wanted to pursue which is working with youth of all ages. The teacher Kim, is exceptional! She is always there to support you and help you strive to be your best. She teaches you what it's really like in the schools, and what the expectations are (academic-wise), and she sets you up for success. She was an EA for 17 years, so she brings a great deal of experience with her, which makes for a really fun and exciting class every day. It isn't the type of class where you just sit for hours and listen to somebody read from a book. What Kim provides is a real-life experience, that's hands-on, interactive, inspiring, and engaging. Within days of finishing my practicum, I received an interview and a job offer. I am so glad I received such adequate training through this program, and would highly recommend it to anyone considering working in this field. I felt supported by all of the in-person staff at Sprott Shaw. If one person didn't know how to answer a question, there was always somebody on site that did. I received so much support from the staff at Bastion Square, for so many different things, and for that, I am extremely grateful. Thanks, Sprott Shaw, for supporting me and for being like a second family to me. I appreciate everything you have done to support me through my journey to becoming an EA/ECEA.

Sprott Shaw college was the best decision I ever made. In less than one year I received an honours diploma and now have a new career and working in a job that I love. The teachers and staff are amazing. The amount of support and encouragement you receive is amazing. I loved that the college has rolling start dates for their courses, so I was able to start my course when I was ready.

Amazing Experience. I was so afraid to go back to school after 6years but my 4months program gave me the courage to continue further with my education. The 10 months about special education and two great practicums at elementary and high school at the school district 61, where I was hired right away while I am doing my practicum. It's excellent college, a great program, the instructor was amazing. Jen was my instructor, and a great staff!! I would recommend Sprott Shaw for everyone looking for the right environment and a good experience.

Everything went well throughout my course with the teachers and study just like at any normal college. But this one person who went above and beyond whether to guide me or to provide me resources, was always there to help me at any hurdles or obstacles that I had throughout my course and that person is PHIL. I wish every teacher, advisor could be like him. He values everyone so much. I have so much RESPECT for him.

I was enrolled in the HCA program at Sprott Shaw and had the greatest experience. Karin Andersen was an outstanding instructor. She truly cared about every single student and it showed. Karin was kind, understanding, and truly wanted us all to succeed. She made us feel so welcome. She was the best friend you always wanted. She had tremendous faith in all of us and that made a huge difference when learning. Thank you Karin for being you.
Kelley Wallace was my clinical instructor and she was amazing. She made learning fun, no question was a stupid question. She made us feel comfortable and understood. Kelley was so kind and I’m so glad I was able to have her as my clinical instructor. I have nothing but the highest respect for both of these instructors and I will forever cherish them.

She was able to guide me and teach me many, many new skills.

My name is Leah Ching and I have just graduated the Executive Office Administration course at the Sprott Shaw Victoria Campus Nov 23, 2018 I am happy to say within 1 week of completing my studies I have been offered a full time position as an Administration Assistant.
Sprott Shaw was an amazing College that helped me in so many ways and taught me the real life skills I needed to become an Administration Executive. I would like to thank all of my Instructors for their hard work, dedication and allowing me to grow and learn in welcoming environment. I was so proud after my initial interview as I felt so confident it was almost like being in class as the questions I was asked mirrored what we were taught in class.

Loved attending school here. I took the Executive Office Administration course, and finished with a diploma and a great job in the government. All the instructors are lovely and helpful. (A big thanks to Chie for always being there for me, and being an awesome instructor helping me achieve my diploma). I would recommend Sprott Shaw to anyone! Start when you want and finish in no time! The hours are great and the classes are relevant to your real life careers. It’s worth the extra buck to go here!

I don’t post reviews but I couldn’t hold back this time. Phil is one of the best person I’ve ever met in Canada and the world needs to know. He is such a gem. He doesn’t take his job as a normal job but would go above and beyond as an admission advisor. He would guide you at every steps from beginning until end. I’ve never seen ANYONE anywhere with such passion and with respect he would treat every student with.

I just complete the Health Care Assistant Program at Sprott Shaw Victoria. I enjoyed my time and found the staff and faculty very warm and friendly my Instructors were fantastic. Within 2 weeks of completing my course I was offered a position with VIHA. I'd like to give a big thanks to the advisor -Phil. Sprott Shaw College Victoria had played a very important part of my life in pursuing my career and dreamed to work in the government. I took my Executive Office Administration program which I finished last December 21, 2018. It's an eight month program with rigid training and skills development. Instructors provides one on one help when a student need it. In other words, you will get the learning you will need.

They had helped me develop my soft skills and hard skills to get the job I've always wanted. Thank you so much to my advisor Phil Nealy for always believing in me, to Chie Landiak for teaching me all I need for this endeavor, as well as Kurtis, for the supportive faculty and staff, our director Anne Wilkes, advisor David who had helped me enhanced my resume, the smiles of our front desk Jenny and Fiona, to our fun and active employment and career advisor Daniel who would help us get the job in all ways.

It's not about the expense, it's about what you get for a lifetime.

I've attended several post secondary institutions through my various career paths and I have to say without a doubt THIS school treated me and my interests the best. Not once did I have to give my student number for service, instead the entire administration and instruction staff knew me by name as well as knew my family members by name. They were available at a moment's notice for my concerns throughout the program.

I was supported through the PN program from day one. You are expected to be responsible for your commitment to your studies and work independently and in groups, but it is done in a way that is reflective of the career you are choosing.

I graduated over two years ago and am still in contact with the staff and encouraged to continue pushing my learning and my career forward. Managers have asked me where I've gone to school since I've been working as a nurse and I say proudly that Sprott Shaw Victoria is my alma mater. I feel completely prepared to walk on to any nursing floor and be a member of their team because of the foundation I received at the school.

Phill is very understanding and super helpful. Ihab Heweidy is doing his best to facilitate the process for students. And after each course, there's a quastionaire for students to make sure the teacher did well and the student did not face any discrimination in class. I gave birth in mid of the process, and Dena allowed me to stay home and do my exams from home so I don't leave my baby. She was sweating and struggling to keep an eye on class and on me at the same time, to listen to me and to the students in class, for like 3 hours, until I finished the exam. I will always appreciate it. I am already recommending the college to friends

I joined the MOA/Health Unit Clerk program last year and I cant believe how fast year went by . Amazing teacher's ,that helped me through everything. Made some great friends. And I got hired few weeks before my graduation. Love it ! Thanks Sprott Shaw.
