This was the first time I purchased a trailer and had a hitch installed. Ryan was great. He and the installation team took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new purchase.

These guys are awesome they know what they are selling and they know what you will need for any job you're going to do. I had a commercial grade hitch installed on my F-350 it is amazing the difference when you use the correct hit to pull different trailers. I did not know I was using the wrong one once I had the right one placed on the truck what a difference. They are very knowledgeable there they are very friendly and decent prices. Good guys if you need trailer hitch or anything to do a trailers lighting whatever this is the place to go to.

I was headed up north on a Friday afternoon with the boat. My wheel bearing on the trailer started acting up on the highway. I called them, they got me in right away and replaced both wheel bearing assemblies before they closed and I was still able to get out of town that day with the boat. Their prompt excellent customer service got me rolling again in no time. Highly recommended for all trailer needs.

Start to finish, Ryan was helpful with every detail in purchasing our new 7x16 enclosed trailer for hauling our motorcycles!

I needed a hitch installed for a trailer I had purchased and the place I originally went to and had ordered a hitch did not have it when I showed up. After calling around I found Vehicle Ventures. They checked their inventory and had a hitch and wiring for my 2016 Honda CRV. Fast and reliable install. But it didn’t end there. I picked up the trailer and found it was wired incorrectly. Drove back to VV and they rewired the trailer for me, working past their 5 o’clock quitting time. Amazing service! Thanks to Pierre, the Yoda of the service department. Ordered some plow parts and wiring harnesses last minute,Ryan Laforet was able to rush in my ordered in a timely and convenient fashion…Solid service,..Going to be coming here for all my plowing and salting needs.

Needed a hardware kit for a back rack asap. Called vehicle venture at approximately 4pm Wednesday and they had it by 10am Thursday. The other 2 options were not able get the kit for 4-5 days. I had my 12 month old son with me and the sales guy kindly carried the heavy box out to my truck. Thank you for the great service!

John was extremely helpful and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Competitive pricing and great service. He even gave me a few "lessons" on a riding mower and zero turn!!!

Needed a key for our truck cap and staff were great at helping me to locate the SN and ordering a set of keys. Everyone in the storeroom seemed to be enjoy their job. All were smiling and polite.

Les was super helpful with getting what I needed. I called to ask if they had what I needed however I didn't know what the piece was called nor how to describe it. He offered to let me text a picture before I drove over for nothing. He checked in the warehouse and then I just walked in and got what I needed. Great to know we have a place like this in our city with most of what we need in inventory. It was urgent so really important I could get it day of.

Had a trailer hitch installed. They were prompt and the service was fantastic. Open with all our questions and the parts were available the same week for the installation.

I was passing through Windsor and needed to have 2 tires changed on my trailer. Not only were they able to put a technician on it right away, but they also charged a very affordable rate when they could have price gouged. Overall, very pleasant and kind staff. Had a very positive experience. We got a hitch installed in our Chrysler Minivan to pull a small pop up camper. They offered us the best price and every thing was done as planned. This was the fastest most courteous service that I have received since this global pandemic began. I needed a part for my riding mower and called for pickup service. Since the part wasn't in stock it needed to be ordered. I was notified in less than a week that the part had arrived and went to retrieve it. I was quickly serviced at the door in a covid safe manner and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy. Kudos to all who work at this establishment.

Vehicle Venture had been recommended to me as I was looking for a tonneau cover for my 2023 Honda Ridgeline. The salesman,John Banman at was very knowledgeable and after I told him what I was looking for in a cover we went to the display room where he showed me the Extang model, which was exactly what I was looking for. It had to be ordered and only took about 3 days to arrive. The installation was very neat and overall the cover looks great. I found Vehicle Venture to be an excellent company to deal with.
