Such professional installation, Clayton and Ashton were so efficient and literally created a seamless seam, perfect maneuvering around my new cabinets and just all-around great guys! They were fantastic at communicating throughout the process, very informative and supportive as we made our selection and the installation team was top notch. The instal team made sure we were happy with everything before leaving and took the time to support us with questions we had about other countertops in our home. We would definitely use them again!

When looking to invest in a renovation, we wanted to find people that would come alongside and challenge our ideas for a better project using their expertise. We found Oksana on a Saturday as they were getting ready to end their day. We had a countertop in mind when we went there. Through discussion we left we several samples. A new quartz was found, and we asked for a quote. Through the process, we added a sit area to the kitchen. Their pricing was within the budget, so much so that we added a Waterfall, absolutely love it. The team there had a 2sqft chunk, and we brought it home as we prepped the kitchen for measurement day. After living with the small chunk for a week, we called and asked for a less white-not so bright colour and Oksana and the team showed us another stone, btw this was the stone that Oksana originally recommended once she saw pics of our American Cherry cabinets. Paul came out and did the measurements for the kitchen and we added measurements for the laundry room. 10 days later Clayton and Ashton arrived w the countertops. Paul’s measurements using his digital tripod were perfect. Clayton and Ashton were fantastic on the job. Make sure you ask Oksana, about ensuring Paul, Clayton and Ashton work on your project.

We have found a team, that we will do business with again and highly recommend to all others.

We went to Pacific Island Stone market looking for a small piece, an off cut for a small bathroom project. We were immediately impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail given by the sales person, despite the small size of the project. He made sure everything was exactly right and walked us through everything including how to install it properly!
It was ready, exactly when they said it would be and it turned out so well! I was very happy with the pricing as well. Excellent value for the service given.
If we ever have a larger project, I’ll be happy to head back to Pacific Island Stone Market with confidence in the quality of both the stone and service.

We recently had Pacific Island Stone Market install a quartz counter. It was a seamless efficient process, from choosing the stone, templating and install. Timing was just 3 weeks for the entire process. Lots of communication during the process and very conscientious in their work. Would highly recommend them!

Oxana and her team at Pacific Island Stone Market were knowledgable and affordable. They had a great selection of stone for great prices. Clayton and his assistant delivered and installed our countertops from Stone Market. They were highly experienced and worked well as a team. The installation was smooth considering they were heavy and large pieces. Clayton was friendly & professional, efficient, and punctual. We were very satisfied with Clayton and his team. The counters look fabulous!

Pacific stone had the quartz we were looking for at great price point. We were able to get what we wanted within our budget. With every renovation we had hiccups, but the team at Pacific stone made sure it was done right and that we were happy with our end product. I would definitely work with Pacific Island stone again and recommend them to our friends and family.

From start to finish, our experience with Pacific Island Stone Market was exceptional. We went to several other countertop locations, and all of them felt like being at a car dealership. PISM was utterly different, with no sales tactics, and it was very professional and informative. They were able to install the countertop on short notice and for excellent value! Really happy with my counters from Pacific Island Stone Market. They look great. The whole process of choosing, installation etc. was smooth, professional and pleasant. They were helpful, patient and not pushy with the selection process. They answered all my questions, gave me a quote on the spot as I had my kitchen plans with me. The turnaround time of two weeks from order to installation was very satisfactory and accurate. No delays and communication was excellent. They also had better prices and nicer product than other places I looked.

Whenever I need stone countertops the crew here never let me down. My turn around times and quality to finishing has gotten considerably better since making the switch to Pacific Island Stone Market. I look forward to growing our relationship!

How refreshing to work with a professional team that delivered all that they promised. They went beyond expectations to provide better/best outcomes.
They carry a wide variety of product giving lots of options, and a good showroom with large sheets and hand samples. We received care and attention while we chose our products and worked to meet our budget without discouraging compromises.
Now that the install is complete only 7 working days after approvals we are thrilled with the outcome. This company has formed a great team down, we feel fortunate to have experienced this first hand!

We had been to other similar places and always left thinking we could do better.
We were out biking one day and ran into pacific island stone and thought we would go in and check it out. We were immediately greeted with a big smile from Linn and her adorable dog Maisie!
Linn answered every question we had with out hesitation! We picked out our quarts counters and within 2 weeks they were cut and installed by Paul. The counters look amazing and all were cut with great accuracy. Thank you Paul! A very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Pacific stone is truly a five star service!

Pacific Island Stone has been been most helpful from selecting the stone, viewing the slabs on arrival into Victoria, the template layout, delivery, installation followed by a final touch up by Paul.

We had such a positive experience working with PISM! We had a small kitchen reno and went to their showroom to begin shopping around - we were immediately offered different options in prices based on using offcuts vs. ordering new countertops. Oksana did a rough sketch in CAD within minutes to provide us with different options. We were able to make a decision on the spot! When we were ready for the templating, Paul came and helped us make decisions quickly and professionally to accommodate all of our new appliances and design wishes within the constraints of our space / size of our counter. When it came time for the install... we were again blown away with their team. So fast, so professional, and incredible pricing. This was a very refreshing experience for us after having worked with many different contractors.
