Abstract Stone is an amazing company to work with both personally, and professionally. Selina provides the best customer service and was extremely helpful with suggestions once she knew my vision for our kitchen. I had my eye on a gorgeous soapstone slab for months and we worked it into our design flawlessly.
As an interior designer, I fully appreciated her efficiency as well as her knowledge of the varying stones.
Kane and his install team were nothing short of amazing. We were on a tight timeline, which needed to coincide with our plumber and delivery of plumbing supplies...(which didn't happen without delays in delivery)!! Kane personally returned to ensure that our install went seamlessly and didn't hold up the progress with other trades!!
The selection of natural stone product is as vast as other larger suppliers and showrooms, if not better. Their competitive pricing will keep customers returning and faithful to their products!
I will be using Abstract for both our future personal needs as well as for clients and businesses.

Wow! Abstract is absolutely amazing. From the very beginning working with them was a pleasure. They are meticulous and professional. For reference my custom kitchen went with a black silestone marquina quartz with a seamless waterfall edge. It was executed perfectly! I am so happy with the result that im in shock. We did our research and visited many different companies and then we found Abstract, they are a cut above the rest (pun intended…. ). Fantastic customer service from beginning to end starting with Selina who emailed us endless photos and quotes as well as asked and answered all the questions we could possibly think of to help us make an informed decision and prepare us for the process. Mike provided extremely detailed answers and provided information we had not even considered with regards to prepping the fireplace for install, in addition because of the challenging scope of the install, he also stopped by before the template process to make sure we were on the right track. The templating process was so exacting, measuring tapes, templates, lasers – all the years of experience and the technology available put to use. The install, led by Mike and his large, extremely professional and experienced team went off without a hitch. The result, we no longer have just a fireplace rather a piece of art that has the flexibility to keep us warm.

We just completed a complete kitchen reno with countertops, sink and faucet supplied by Abstract Stone. It was great to work with Chad and Selina, their attention to detail and professional expertise took all the stress out of the project. I would recommend them 100%.

I have now used this company for three different jobs and the quality of product they provide is great. They will come in to your house, laser measure everything and have counters for you within a few days of the measurements. Before my first engagement with this company, I sought out multiple quotes before engaging them and they have an extremely competitive price point and provide the same brands of quartz counters that other local companies provide.

Also, they had to come back for a quick re-measure due to a change in the cabinets and they were here within a few days. Once cabinets were ready, they were installed in my kitchen in about an hour.

Great experience with Abstract stone. They were able to be super flexible with me around very specific scheduling issues on my end. But the reason I would recommend them is because of the problem that happened. There had been a mix up with some of the sizing of 2 pieces. But there was zero talk of a small discount to accept it, they immediately apologized and procured more quartz to recut it. Then they came in for an evening install(at my request). Everything was complete within a week. I would go for them again, just because I trust if there is a problem at some point, they will take care of it.

We engaged Abstract Stone to replace our ugly plastic laminate kitchen counters. They were consistently helpful every step of the way from the selection, to the recommendation on type to planning considerations and installation was was outstanding. We went with white Quartz and the difference was night and day. It was a difficult job and Abstract installed it professionally. They truly stand by their work and products and are super friendly. Highly recommend Abstract for all your countertop needs.

We had Abstract Stone install new counters tops in our Sidney condo. We are so pleased with the job done very well. From working with Andy to choose our counter tops to the measurement, and installation of the quartz counters we were treated with respect and interest even though our project was a small one. We appreciated taking home samples of the product so we could make the right counter for our kitchen. We would recommend using Abstract Stone to others.

We found Andy great to work with, and Abstract gave us a very good price on our quartz counters and were able to install about 3 weeks sooner than the big guys. About nine months after we had installed I dropped something on an edge and and chipped it. No questions asked, Andy sent someone out to do an invisible repair, at no charge. Great customer service.

Great experience from start to finish with Abstract, Andy and Selina were great to work with when deciding what product we wanted for our kitchen counter/bar top. Andy took us through the shop to show us various pieces on top of what they had in the show room. Selina was very responsive to my numerous emails back and forth, working out details and the like. Install crew were careful, professional and personable. Would highly recommend and will go back to these folks in the future when we reno our bathrooms.
