My experience with King’s Granite has been excellent in every way! They gave me the lowest quote and fastest- by FAR- timeline for my small kitchen project, and have delivered on both flawlessly. Our countertop was installed this morning and it is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with it. Everything was done exactly as promised, and installation was even faster than they initially estimated, which is huge win for us. Although our project was small, I felt truly valued as a customer by everyone I spoke to. This is the second time I have purchased quartz from Kings Granite. I am so pleased with my countertops. Christina in the office is professional and knowledgeable and coordinated delivery sooner than expected! The installation crew all came wearing masks. Once installation was complete, the office staff came to check that everything was perfect. I would recommend Kings Granite to my family and friends and look forward to using them again in the future.

I purchased stone from Kings Granite under the old management and the new management. I was pleased with the product, installation and price both times.

I will say that when you go to the shop it is a little hard to find and looks rough around the edges. There can also be a bit of a language barrier - this has gotten better with the new management but is still there. However, they do carry the same product as the other stone stores in town. They do have samples but other showrooms are better. If you know exactly what you want and you bring them the brand and number of the stone or sample, they will very likely have the product you want. They tried to sell me something similar to what I asked for that they had on hand. This may have saved me money, but I declined this offer as I am very particular.

The installation crew is also great. They will not hesitate to change something if it is cut incorrectly.

Basically, they have everything the other stores in town have but their prices are substantially better. I would not buy stone in Victoria without getting a quote from them.

We have been very pleased with the product and service from Kings Granite. Yes, 50% payment in advance, which we think is normal and reasonable. Kings Granite price is very competitive. Installation was on time and very well done. Friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending them over more expensive competitors.

We just had King's Granite do our kitchen counter tops and back splash and what a wonderful job they did:) David came out and measured and as I said the installers did an amazing job:) We had 4 quotes and King's was the best quote and best service from there office to the installers 10 out of 10 guys:)

Much cheaper than the rest out there - and the install went great, on time and the finished product is outstanding. The installers even stuck around for an hour waiting for the crane who showed up late. We had quotes from the other companies with fancy showrooms (one didn't even get back to us), and Kings was our best and most cost effective experience overall.

Tom and the crew from Kings Granite were our go to choice for the countertops we needed for our bathroom reno's we recently completed. The entire process went flawlessly and was a pleasure from start to finish. This is a wonderful small business that obviously values customers and offers great value and service. I had king granite do all the countertops in our new home as well as a FULL counter to ceiling backsplash in our kitchen. This was a new built so I was working with many trades and companies.

King granite was the most honest and professional company out of this huge project. It took a year to build our house and the most flawless work is theirs. I’ve had no issues at all with their work. The team that comes in site to do the actual work is absolutely brilliant and talented! I would never go with another stone company.

A few months after the house settled, I noticed things shifted. It had nothing to do with them but typical house settling issues. They came back to help mend it!!

Again, top company and amazing service. Sasha and Lisa work in the main office and are very helpful.

Got a small quartz bathroom counter made with really fast turnaround, great product, and they were really great dealing with my handyman directly. They even mounted the sink for him as well as drilling holes for the taps which was above and beyond as he was expecting to do it himself. And finally they communicated everything to me as it happened, and came in right on time.

In 2016 we needed to renovate our 1988 kitchen and decided on a new stone countertop. After checking out a few other companies in town, I decided on King's Granite, a family run business. I was impressed with the friendliness of the owners, the price and the workers that run the shop and do the installations. The two installers that came to our house were professional and they installed our new countertop with care and precision. When our friends see our new kitchen, they always ask where did we buy the countertop from? We would buy from King's Granite again if we need another countertop in the future.
Update: November 2017 We needed another countertop for our renovated laundry room. We again hired King's Granite and the results were excellent.
