I highly recommend the Wet Cleaners! Very efficient and friendly with a can-do attitude! Cleaned and restored my beloved Aritzia Babaton brown wool coat. No chemical smell. Reasonable prices and a treat to deal with.

We moved to Victoria last September. We live aboard our classic wooden vessel and while I have a small washer and dryer, it doesn't do well with big loads.
WetCleaner is the best service for the money. Nice folks work there, owner is a lovely lady and we get what we paid for.
Cleaned and neatly folded and no unwanted scents that most paid laundry places seem to use.
I've been very pleased and as a matter of fact just dropped all our heavy bedding off today.

If I could leave 10 stars I would!! They are miracle workers. I brought in a scarf covered in wax that had been passed down to me from a very special person who has recently passed away. They cleaned it 7(!) times and were able to remove all the wax. I am beyond grateful and will send everyone I know to Wetcleaners! Thank you so much.

Very friendly and great service when we dropped off 7 suit jackets with a variety of stain and soil. Everything came back great and sooner than they initially told us. Excellent pricing and value all around. We will surely return. D.

Updated: I think there are new owners because I’ve gone back for a couple thrifted cashmeres (after shrinking one doing it myself) and they came back so lovely and wonderful and fluffy and clean. The service was lovely and I’m so happy with my sweaters! They also text you when your items are done so you can pick them up (I had recommended this to the previous owner in 2018 and they scoffed at me).

2018: My dress looks great. When I went to pick it up it wasn't ready and I wasn't given a discount. I also had a bad customer service experience, similar to the ones below. It was disappointing because I don't want to go to dry cleaners for the chemicals and now I don't feel I have anywhere to go...

Jacket was cleaned faster than quoted and difficult stain fully removed. Friendly customer service. Price on higher side but expected due to location and service quality. Highly recommended.

I have had great experiences with WetCleaner so far. The pick-up and drop-off of my down duvets was on time and the delivery person was friendly, and the staff went above and beyond when I had a rush order and delivered it to my house as soon as it was done. Excellent service!

Had a great experience here this week. One of the off-white sweaters I dropped off had some small staining on the arm that I assumed would be there forever and had persisted through dry cleaning at other places. Came back from here and the sweater was spotless and the stains were gone. I will definitely be a return customer. Timely and friendly service as well.

We were visiting our daughter who lives within two blocks. Walked to the business, dropped off a very tired looking duvet, that was in dire need of cleaning. We picked it up two day later and it looks, amazing, and without any chemical smells. A great cleaner to do business with, and we will tell "two friends" as it were. CUDOS!!

I was in need of a suit dry cleaned for my dads funeral on really short notice, one for myself and one for my father’s celebration of life. The owner not only got it ready for pick up the next morning, but she also refused to charge me for my fathers suit and had a heart to heart conversation with me about my father. Dry cleaning businesses are a dime a dozen but good hearted people are hard to find. This business has my support always.

The customer service is above and beyond! I’ve been bringing clothes here for years and most recently had an incredible experience with a wool jacket that had coffee spilled all over it. I thought it was ruined but the staff took extra time and attention to make sure every stain came out and it took several cleanings! It looks brand new and I wasn’t charged a dime more. I highly recommend the wet cleaners and having a drop off spot in the westshore gives me two options for dropping off of clothes if I’m not downtown. Super convenient!

The service was very good! They are very kind and have excellent customer service plus the quality of the work was fantastic. My leather/suede coat had never been cleaned and it was a mess but they managed to make it look brand new again! Highly recommend these fine folks.

The WetCleaner was my first time getting a dress cleaned professionally. All of the staff are beyond friendly and extremely helpful. The owner was very charismatic and kind. I found their website easy to use and made the whole process convenient. I loved the online payments and The text notifications specifically. I will be using their services again in the future. Specifically, the home pickup and drop-off sound wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend.
