Treatment, laser hair removal. Great competitive pricing; clean and professional environment. The technician was friendly and efficient; we did laser setting tests in each different areas to measure the strength of laser used (different areas are more sensitive as the skin is thinner).
Kurt at reception is a very warm, welcoming person. I can recommend that any person with sensitivity issues or privacy concerns would feel comfortable discussing them with him.
I am targeting whole body hair removal. I will update my review with my results as I go through the treatments. Full body hair removal is approximately a 2 hour appointment.

The team at Glow Luxe is professional and so lovely. Rachael is a great technician, I’ve seen her many times and have always been happy with her work.

Their products work wonders as well! I highly recommend the Complexion Perfection serum for helping to even out skin tone; I’ve tried others and this one is the best.

Also started using their Benir Hydrating cream and am happy with that too.

I have been going to Glow Luxe for almost 20 years as part of my skin maintenance regime. Recently I started going back to Glow for some botox through their own Dr.Michelle Gaucher and the results I've seen are amazing. It's the most results I've seen with the least amount of units, is super fast and virtually painless. She's a lovely person and I would refer anyone to see her for that service through Glow Luxe. Rachel is also a fantastic team member that handles many of their treatments. They are a local company with a long term great reputation. 5 stars guys - thank you!

Excellent service! The multi-session treatment regimen appears to be working quite well and the lasered areas are staying hairless. My only regret is not taking the advice to use topical anesthetic more seriously the first time around. If you're not great at tolerating pain, you'll definitely feel it.

I Was looking to refresh my look and came across Glow Luxe . From my first conversation with Kurt I knew I found a great skin care boutique. Kurt was very informative and answered all my questions I had regarding treatments. Fast track a few months I definitely see a difference from the Venus treatment for the loose skin on my neck! Rachel the esthetician is also very lovely I feel so amazing after each treatment. So glad I found them😀

I’ve recently moved to Victoria and my skin is still adjusting to the dryer environment here compared to Asia. I first contacted Glow Luxe for a complimentary consultation and had been impressed with the great customer service from Kurt and the calmness and professional advice from Kate. I have had more break out since moving here and have been having facial treatment by Kate for the past few months. It has been on good progress. I also appreciate they do not hard sell or push services/products to you. I would recommend Glow Luxe for sure.

I have been coming to Glow Luxe for both laser hair removal and Botox and am in love with the results. All of the laser technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I have had about ten treatments and I think I should be able to switch to maintenance now and they usually have combo packages so I get my underarms free! Dr. Gauthier is an absolute gem super personable and sweet and the results are AMAZING. Good price point. Loving my lip flip!! Always am told I don’t look my age with the Botox 😍! Kurt at the front always a pleasure to work with and over all, you gotta come here!

I found Glow Luxe through Google search. I wanted a specific treatment that I couldn't find anywhere but here: Venus Legacy Skin Tightening. I was interested because the Legacy uses heat to reduce loose skin. I was nervous at first going to a new place, but Kurt (front desk) made me feel very welcome and the one-on-one consultation with Rachel (medical esthetician) immediately put at ease.

I've had three treatments so far and I'm already seeing results. Not only is this an incredible treatment, Rachel is fabulous. She's very knowledgeable and we've connected on a deep level, I always love chatting with her. The heat from the machine can get pretty intense, but Rachel's calm demeanor helps me feel safe and supported.

Parking was a bit of of concern at first. I make sure to give myself and extra 10 minutes, there is always street parking and my appointments are never more than 90 minutes, (street parking max).

I own the #1 spa in Victoria and we don't do any medical or laser treatments. When my clients need Botox, medical esthetics, laser, etc, I will be sending then to Glow Luxe. I feel it's important to support local small businesses, especially when they are as good as Glow Luxe. I highly recommend Glow Luxe to anyone who's looking for a boutique, personal medical spa experience.
