If you were to look up Customer Service in the dictionary, I think you might actually find Popeye's Supplements in Victoria. I went into Popeye's Supplements in Victoria 5 days ago to tackle a health challenge, and spoke to Josh.

I have been heavily into health and nutrition for over 30 years, teaching martial arts for almost 30years, and am now over 50. I was really impressed with Josh's knowledge of health, nutrition, supplements and the human body.

He was very honest with me about what I needed and didn't need, explaining carefully his reasons. He listened carefully to what I had to say, and what my needs and goals were.

I was impressed that he encouraged me NOT to buy anything that first visit, instead sending me home with free samples. I came back the next day to discuss my needs further, and how the samples went. He sent me home with more free samples.

A day later, I went back for my 3rd visit and was able to confidently purchase an array of products that would help me with my health goals.

I have been on the products for only 2 days and already feeling the difference. More importantly than that, Josh's incredible customer service will make me a loyal customer, as I know he has my best interest at heart, and wants to make sure I go home with the right products, and that I don't waste my money on products I don't need.

Stellar customer service! Not only over the phone but in store. I purchased a couple items online that the flavours were not available and promptly received a phone call to offer substitutes rather than just cancelling the order, not only that I was told about an upcoming sale and offered sale items when I came in. That in itself is fantastic! And then getting to the store the staff member (sorry Im terrible with remembering names) was extremely helpful, I mentioned that I was offered a couple items on sale and instead of blowing me off he went out of his way to make a call to make sure I was taken care of, and was very helpful with choosing what items I should go for! While some might look at this as minor I was very impressed and will continue to be a loyal customer and pass on my positive experience with others!

The team at Popeye's is awesome! I had an issue with a product and they went above and beyond to make it right!
They are all experts on the stuff they sell and the sizes and prices cant be beat. If you take your workouts and supplements seriously, this is the only place in town you should be shopping!

Being new to strength training, buying protein powder and other supplements seemed like a daunting task. Finn was incredibly good at making me feel comfortable with the products and was quickly able to determine what would work best for me. He was very patient while I made decisions, given the many flavors, and helped me make purchases that I felt comfortable with and would use. And I do use them, and they actually taste great—who knew! If you’re looking to get into these types of products or up your game, I’d highly recommend Finn at Popeye's Supplements.

I have been in twice with questions about supplements for myself and my child for various needs. For me to maintain my protein and help with my fitness goals as well as support my AuDHD, PCOS and Perimenopause needs; if the person I am talking to does not have the answer they take the time to "look into it" and suggest "the best option from their stock"

Also, my child LOVES the raspberry lemonade APT Omega Oil; it is hands down the new favourite "brain juice"!!

Walked in today for some shopping and experience was great super friendly customer service. But more importantly knowledgeable customer service. Finn was able to answer all my questions about supplements and fitness. Definitely coming back.

A lifetime of looking for a solution. Definitely didn't think I would find it at "where work-out buffs go". I was so wrong. Chris solved a problem in 5 min. I road bike for 4 months, 20 km a day. 49 years old, can't shake a pound or find more energy. 24 hrs with Chris's suggestion lost 2lbs and a tonne of clarity, focus and energy. His profound acumen pertaining to dietary supplements was palpable, and he rendered invaluable assistance in discerning the most suitable supplement regimen for my physique. To elucidate my circumstances, I had recently embarked on a fitness journey approximately a fortnight ago, and I had been inundated with a multitude of well-intentioned yet divergent counsel from various quarters.

However, it was Soshua who emerged as the paragon of sagacity, endowing me with perspicacious insights and guidance that ultimately culminated in the selection of an optimal product designed to yield superlative results. Notably, Soshua did not espouse the typical modus operandi of salesmanship that fixates solely upon product peddling; rather, he espoused the noble mission of disseminating accurate information and sound advice. For this, I am profoundly grateful to Soshua for his invaluable assistance and guidance.

Almost a year later I am editing my review - today was night & day difference in my initial experience. Today the two ladies at the front counter were so friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions - my son & I left as satisfied customers. Well done!

The staff and owner here are just amazing. Everyone here is always friendly and eager to help. When I was ready to pay, I was offered a sample in a shaker cup and told me I could exchange it if I liked it more. My shopping was already done and they receive no benefit from doing that. No other places offer this kind of service. They are just fantastic! And the prices are definitely unbeatable. Thanks again!

Amazing customer service always. I'm very picky when it comes to flavours and textures so finding a protein powder that I like was a difficult task, until I shopped here for the first time about a year and a half ago. I told them my needs and I was able to sample 3-4 different powders and found the one I liked. I only shop here for supplements because of the great variety and prices and also because of bad experiences at other places. The staff genuinely care about you and your needs, have great knowledge of their products, and are never pushy like some others either shops. And the dog that's usually there inside is so cute and well behaved!!

Best store for supplements in the city. Been coming here for years. Chris and his staff are really knowledgeable and always available to share their knowledge. As a bonus, they also have the best prices around.

Honestly some of the best customer customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only did they have all the items I was looking for, but the shipping was fast. They also included additional supplements which was a very pleasant surprise!
