Laura and Sabrina at Access Storage in LaSalle are amazing customer service reps! Laura helped me attain a storage unit today and was so nice and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best size storage unit for my needs! Sabrina is also fabulous and has answered many questions for me beforehand and promptly! Thank you both!

Sabrina was amazing - she was so very helpful and extremely pleasant! She went through everything with me and didn't rush me through the process at all. The rental process was very easy. Most of it was done online and the signing and providing identification was done at the facility (at a time convenient for me). The folks at the facility are very friendly and helpful. The entire storage area is clean and clear of any items.
