Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff who make you feel comfortable and welcome.

Got some really cool stuff and at a great price. The lady's recommendation was spot on and I have an awesome experience every time. Also the points system is awesome.

Only gripe is the small collection of menswear, but I am assured there is more to come.

I absolutely love this place. As soon as you walk in you feel happy. The staff is so knowledgeable. The range of products are terrific. I know where I'm getting my Secret Santa gift this year.

The lady working was very nice, considerate, and knowledgeable about every product that I had questions about while keeping cost in mind.

I left the store with purchases I'm excited about, and
each of them are wrapped beautifully as Christmas gifts for me to enjoy opening up when I arrive home. (Her idea. ☺) Five stars!

Superb customer service from the manager involving a purchase that was able to be returned to the manufacturer. (obviously not everything can be). You should make all your expensive vibrator purchases here.

Very helpful and friendly

Husband and I went in the other day. Staff was right up in our faces. There was no privacy to talk among ourselves because the staff wouldn't stop talking to us. There is also no music to help with privacy. Will not be returning.

Worst vibes ever, and the older lady that was working fully just watched us around the whole store as if we were stealing from there.. super weird & way over priced. Get some customer service skills and maybe some light music to take away from the dead silence and creepy floors.

Really unhappy with my experience here unfortunately. The woman did not seem very happy at all!! Almost kind of condescending like I didnt know what I was doing. Not welcoming. Maybe it was just a bad night? But a guy cam in right after me and she was very friendly to him :/ will not go here again. Not to mention the "no name" toys in plastic bags... that's not sketchy at all.

Better off ordering things online. Will save a huge amount of money and also be able to read reviews before wasting your money on a toy they say is good but is absolute garbage.

The selection wasn't great and I got the impression the sales clerk was exaggerating vibrator features to make a sale. Not a great experience!
