I ordered the turkey bacon club and an iced coffee and asked them to add extra canned sugar and they did it🥹!!I am so happy coz whenever I asked them add extra the other places never do it.Even the sandwich was good ,I wish if you can add some flavours into it.But,overall the service and food was good.

Placed a mistake mobile order that was paid a month ago and they still made my order. Best customer service I've seen in a long time 💯

The employees here are always friendly! Vikram couldn't be more friendly, and his crew here really couldn't be nicer! Always a friendly spot to get a coffee during my work day. Thank you guys and gals here!

This is by far the best Tim Hortons to go to! I've always had great experiences at this location. I come to this Tim Hortons at least once a day. The staff are always so friendly & if they happen make a mistake (which happens, because we are all human) they fix it and go above and beyond. When it gets busy I've seen the managers & even the owner on the floor serving customers. Staff here don't get as much credit as the should.. the lobby person does an absolutely fantastic job at keeping the store clean and tidy. The staff really do work as quick as they can to serve and keep their customers happy. Keep up the amazing work guys.

Hot coffee friendly atmosphere great donuts fresh

The best Tim Hortons you will ever attend. Staff are alarmingly quick wall still accurate and friendly. Quality customer service. Have witnessed some training in my times attending this location and it is obviously a priority for them to provide the best training possible. Other locations need to take some notes from this one.

My wife and I were BLOWN AWAY by how clean this Tim Hortons was. The bathrooms were so clean you could eat off the bathroom floor (although I wouldn’t) and by far were the cleanest bathrooms we have ever been in for a restaurant. Koodoos to the management and staff for that honour.

To top it all off, the young lady who served my son and I gave the BEST service I have ever gotten from a Tim Hortons and was amazing. The food was hot and fresh and I would recommend this place to anyone. Great job!!!

Good experience from the friendly staff

Pretty fast service and good quality food and drinks. Coffee is never too hot, so it's ready to drink straight away. Very practical if you're on your way to work or you want to go for a quick stop.

Excellent customer service. The Girl of shift 2 Cashier is so nice and humble. Really appreciate her work Awesome .All staff are nice.

I work at this location, very nice staff make it seem like a family. Everyone is friends at work and the managers are very nice and accommodating to the employees. 100% recommend working here!

I always get my iced coffee special ordered. I don't know if they know my crazy order by now but it's always delish. Staff seems to be happier, like as if they actually liked their job.

Amazing service and the staff where fast and very friendly they always have a smile and are happy to fix any issues that you might have . I always go to the Reach St.Tim's in Port Perry because of the service and especially the people that work there . They remember your name and your order .
