I stop in here whenever I'm in Airdrie. Today I ordered a latte and while waiting for it I noticed they had the matcha strawberry iced tea back. I put loud said oh damn it! Wish I would have ordered that is my favorite!
Well BROOKE! TO THE RESCUE! she offered to change my order as she had not made my latte yet. Thank you Brooke that's what I like about this Starbucks small town feel great customer service!

I'd want to increase my star rating to 5. I had a manager greet me on the dock when I arrived, and I was immediately provided a door to back into, and I was emptied in less than 30 minutes. From my initial visit, the place has greatly improved.🍟🍔

Great place to have a good quality coffee. They serve my favorite the Nitro Cold brew. The place is very clean and the service very good. You can stay now outside or inside and serve your beverage!

The Airdrie Dickson location is amazing! The staff is wonderful. It's clean and always a good vibe to walk into. The drive-thru is normally quick and efficient.

My friends and I were greeted when we came in. This location was super clean! When we placed our order the lady read it back and made sure it was correct. The gentleman that made our drinks was super friendly and didn’t mess up on our order. Had a great experience will defiantly be back next time we are in the city! Shout out to all the staff this morning. (April27) I walked in with a blah sad mood and walked out smiling because all staff had a conversation with me about tattoos. Made my day and its only 10am. Thank you for the genuine people that work there ... oh and the coffee was amazing too. Please keep smiling.

Hit the drive thru after fuelling up at Costco.

There seemed to be a bit of a wait to order, then to get our order.

The breakfast sandwich was delicious and our two coffees (cappuccino & a nonfat flat white) were hot enjoyable.

We were able to use our points to lessen the cost.

All in all a positive drive thru experience.

Steadily since the renovation, the team environment here has grown leaps and bounds. It is hands down the best Starbucks team I've ever encountered. I feel truly valued as a customer at this location. I'm so glad it's by my house!

The staff is always very helpful, and my order is always right. Sam has been especially helpful and friendly the last few times I have been through the drive thru. I love the small chats while waiting for my drink; it makes my day just that much better! Thanks Sam!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the Sierra Springs Starbucks in Airdrie, I have always had such great service at this location and above and beyond friendly, pleasant staff experiences here. Honestly, the best Starbucks I've been too for overall quality and positivity. Well done Sierra Springs.

Great service - staff are friendly, helpful and always remember what we like. Most times they have it ready before we have even finished paying. They're great :-) I have also pre-ordered coffee boxes to go from them, and they have them on time with everything ready to go. If your biggest problem in your life is that your drink isn't made properly, consider yourself very fortunate. Many people do not have the luxury of being able to stop for Starbucks every day, or even every month.

This starbucks is awesome! They always get my order right, the atmosphere is great and they are super friendly. I love going in when Spenser is working because she is always so helpful when I don't know what to order and her drinks are always perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm here every morning, and I can rely on them to be super friendly and reliable. They take good care of my 4 year old who comes in with me too, so she loves the morning crew, and won't go to school without a Starbucks. They'll totally go the extra mile there!
