Mr.Sub

Had a sub crafted by the gentleman here. It was perfection. He took great care and didn’t hurry through it. I can see they may need to hire a few extra hands in time, because this place will get busy,I’m sure being it’s so new.

Got a sandwich here was great. Staff were really friendly and fast. This is my go to sub place now.

This place is great! He lets my friend sit in here everyday for the past 5 months. And I have never had a problem with this place ever. 10/10 i love this place

When I asked employee sandwich maker slash cash attendant to clean area where subs being prepared and wash his hands as well as clean the knife to cut subs. He was annoyed. All he did with knife was wipe with paper towels. I asked him to rinse in the sink with water to properly clean. He did not want to. I left . Unsafe food handling practices at this location.was back into store and employee does not work their anymore. We talked about issue and they were happy to wash knife and hands . Thank you for safe food handling

Buns are dry, and toppings are limited. Not planning on returning.

Bread must have been made 3 days before, ugh.... you must bake bread daily if you want good subs. Wanted it to be "grilled" in the sandwich press like every other Mr.Sub....she said no, only thing she could do was put it in the Pizza Pizza oven... I said no..... Wish I did as i said, the bread was like eating a dry sponge.

I normally love mr sub but this one is terrible stale buns barely any meat. Sad. Never buy there again. Usually all veg lettuce n buns r fresh

This is the worst experience I’ve had getting fast food in a long time. We came in and ordered 2 meatless meatball subs. After some confusion, our subs were made by a woman who appeared to be new. She was helped by who I’m assuming is the owner/manager. We were never asked what size sub we wanted and they didn’t have any bread available besides one loaf. So we got one wrap and one sub. The wrap was small but the worker was trying to cram lots of meatballs into it, dropping them on the floor. The manager then told her to charge it as a large as if it was our fault that she put too many meatballs in. No offer was made to toast either sandwich and I ended up finding a huge tomato stem in my sub. The whole ordeal took 20 mins and we spent 25 dollars on subs that we didn’t like or even want in the first place. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Waited 10 minutes, patiently, for a sub. Was told no tuna available and then was told it has to be prepared. If your not prepared to serve me then you will never get my business.

I wasn't impressed. The girl wasn't very friendly. They had a tiny bit of lettuce left and she said that they had no more. The other girl that was standing there walked away to the back. The girl made the 2 ham subs, one with a few shreds of lettuce and the other with none. She wrapped them up, I paid and then the other girl came back with a bag of lettuce. They didn't offer to add lettuce to my subs, they just left my subs sitting there for me to take and walked away. I wasn't impressed as I drove out of my way for Mr. Sub as a treat because I don't like Subway. This Mr. Sub was disappointing, especially after driving 35 minutes there one way.

We were there in November 30, 2023 very slow very unfriendly person making the subs and very expensive for what you got, and the worst part is it did not even taste good
