Highly recommend! I have been looking for flat/low heeled boots forever and finally found the perfect pair here! The staff special ordered them for me free of charge and followed up to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I also found my absolute favorite and most comfortable leopard print heels, which I always get compliments on. Shop Local and support this fantastic shoe store.

I bought a lovely pair of Keen walking shoes for my trip to Europe and the customer service was excellent! The sales agent helped me find the perfect fit/colour, and showed me a clever way to thread the laces called a loop system to prevent heal slippage. The price point was identical to what I would have paid at MEC or Keen online store but the service is so much better. I would highly recommend buying good quality shoes here and support local shopping.

Cindy was absolutely the most helpful and friendliest person in the shoe industry! She helped me find the best shoe & orthodics for my pain ridden feet! 100% would shop there again! Went in with a pair of shoes I bought elsewhere that Walkin' Around doesn't provide. I was looking to purchase a heel grip liner so my heel wouldn't slip or get a blister. Instead of them focusing on selling me a product they showed me a new way of tieing my shoes which solved the problem. Appreciated the fact that they educated the customer first before they even considered making a sale. First time there will not be my last. Thanks again.

These ladies were sooo kind and polite while assisting me in finding a good shoe for walking. They provided adequate information for me to make a decision without putting on any pressure. I bought the most comfortable shoes I ever remember wearing! My husband and I will definitely go back there for more shoes; we eyed up several other pairs, but couldn’t buy them all at once. LOL

A really great place to go if you need a quality pair of shoes. The lady who owns the store and is very helpful if you have any questions. It is definitely more expensive than if you were to go to Walmart but the quality and service more than make up for it.
