Mr Jeffrey was amazing! Super courteous, informative and willing to help! Most importantly he was KIND and patient. It’s so hard to find good customer service like this these days. Autozone is lucky to have Mr Jeffrey as an employee! Anytime I need to take a trip to autozone it will be the union location!

AutoZone is a good place to get your car parts. They have most things in stock and if you can't get them in stock or all of the parts that you need you can order them online and they ship to your house. I had my calipers go bad after a year and a half and they honored the warranty and replace them for no cost. Nice to know they stand behind their parts.

I walked in and was promptly greeting in a friendly, courteous manner by Jeff !

It was easy to tell that he is the store manager because he greeted all customers, in person and on phone the same way.

Jeff helped me determine what parts I needed and cashed me out in a very reasonable amount of time.

The reason my brother and I ALWAYS utilize Auto Zone is because of professionals like Jeff and Julian at the French Road store......thank you

FANTASTIC customer service. I drove there first thing in the morning with a car that had been jumped, and needed a new battery. The employee outside hadn't even clocked in yet and was already helping me figure out which battery I needed and whether it was in stock. They installed the battery right away, and also helped me pick new wiper blades while I was there. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very helpful. They helped me find out why my service engine soon light was on. Hooked up the code reader and in less than two mins I knew what the problem was free of charge. My shop would've charged me $99 for the same service.

Every time I come here the only person who always asks if I need help is Adam. He is so helpful and always makes sure l'm satisfied before leaving! I appreciate his help so much!

Went in for a battery testing in 25 degree weather with heavy snow. The associate was courteous and helpful, never once complaining about the cold or snow. He got me a new battery and even noticed a small defect on that, deciding to get me another one to avoid any issue later on. I've been a customer for years and this is why.

Exceptional service from Greg the manager! Went way out of his way to help diagnose my daughters car, explaining every step ultimately resulting in a new battery which he installed in 15° weather. Top notch employee and a great asset to your company! He should be recognized. My go to store!

I've been shopping here for years, i think the company has been short changing this site for years. The employees are always overworked, constant phone calls come in while customers stand waiting the completion of the incoming phone calls. The staff are always working hard. The other day, an employee had a shirt with numerous battery acid holes. Get him a new shirt, that was embarrassing for him and for the customer.
Spend some money on that place!!!

The staff in this store are always so patient and helpful.

They have windshield washer fluid and car parts.
They have semi helpful staff. They only come out of the back when you wait 5+ minutes.
Overall fairly good could be better. These people don't seem like people to be long term friends with more the advanced auto part type people would be better long term friends. Autozone people are better for a quick cart part hookup or to take to Tim Hortons and ghost them after one date. Just what I'm picking up.. tell me if you get the same vibe.

The AutoZone located at 4819 Union Road is nice. I went there for a battery exchange because the battery that I bought 2 years ago was defective. In Winter, when the temperature is low, the battery dies, and needs to be jumped, making me late for work. Also, each time the battery dies, I have to reprogram the radio and I'm tired of it. Needless to say, I brought the battery back to the store with the receipt on hand and explained why. The store employee gladly replaced it with a brand new one, and now the problem was resolved. With the new battery, I didn't have any problem starting my CRV Honda even when the temperature gets to a single digit. Thank you.

Ladies if you're looking for someone to help you with your car go see Audrey at Union Road AutoZone. She is very helpful and won't say chauvinistic comments to you. You may hear some chauvinistic comments from male employees there but just know Audrey is bustin' the sigma around mechanics being male. She's knowledgeable and good at what she does. Thank you Audrey.

I went there to replace my passenger side windshield wiper. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. I was very happy with my visit there. I would recommend this store.
