First time tonight meeting Tony G. , after having a terrible experience with Cricket. Nothing but absolute professionalism from the phone call asking initial probing questions, to how I was treated in store. Tony not only helped me find exactly what I was looking for, it was by far the fastest and most efficient effort I have seen compared to other cell phone companies. He even assisted me in getting a transfer PIN from Cricket and he did it in just under a minute.

If you're looking for solid service and a smooth activation with professionalism, I cannot recommend him enough. 5 Stars are honestly not enough. Thank you for your time Tony, you guys are the best.

Had the absolute best interaction at this facility. My phone suddenly stopped charging and I work from home so it's a necessity in my work life. Tony helped me out and gave me some helpful tips. Totally going there from now on, and recommended it to all my friends and family.

After I called in and inquired about the free Galaxy Tab A7, Tony had it ready for me the moment I got out of work! He has the best customer service of any Metro store in Buffalo! Although he was a bit busy, Tony was multitasking and very attentive to me getting the last Galaxy tablet! The gentleman was a manager from another Metro store was also helpful as well! He was able to pull up my info and help me seamlessly cash out with 0 hassle! Definitely recommending this location to any and every fellow Metro or new Metro customers!

Came here and dude is AWESOME!!! He hooked me and my girl up with phones for a great deal. Also helped me with my hacker problems too and was still awesome all the times I've had to come in here and ask for help!! I highly recommend this place for phones and all of your other phone needs no matter the issues!!!!

I stopped in just to ask a question and left with a new tablet and the iPhone my daughter has been wanting and they didn't break my bank, great experience! Won't be going anywhere else

What a delightful person. So informative and helpful. He taught me how to use the new phone I purchased. I brought 3 phones and the discount he gave me was well worth it.2 iPhone and a new Samsung. Can't beat the price
