I love this store. Amazing scents! My laundry smells super fresh, body soaps are wonderful and I love the shower body oil. If you haven't tried it yet, go get yourself some. Staff are always friendly and recommend great items.

Anytime I go to Bath&Body, the workers are extremely pleasant and helpful.
I wish I got the name of the woman that was chatting with me, all I remember is that she said she worked at mighty taco before lol.
But she was SO nice and friendly! As I was waiting in line to check out she was helping another lady at the register get the best deal she could get with coupons (from what I’ve eavesdropped at least). It’s little acts like that that keep customers coming back.
She seems like a very lovely lady a joy to work with.

Firstly, let me start off by saying - "Thank you so much Emma!!! Your kindness, patience and the initiative you took is what I call exemplary customer service". Folks, here's what happened in a nutshell... Today, I made 3-4 calls to BBW customer line and finally placed my online order for a coworker to pickup in-store in New York - just in time for our Remote Secret Santa Reveal coming up in 3 days. My coworker resides on the east and I live on the west coast - hince the "Remote" LOL....
Many of you may know that Winter Candy Apple is sold out almost everywhere and very difficult to track down. After completing my order online, I called the Bbw Boulevard Consumer Square location. Emma answered, listened patiently to my "miles away" dilemma and understood that this was a "secret santa". She verified my order number, placed me on hold and quickly retrieved my items. Emma took the initiative and promised to seal the bag tightly so all the gifts would remain a surprise until the day of our reveal in zoom. In addition, she's going to ensure my name is not revealed on the pickup order. The level of stress I felt searching for these items and running out of time was a lot but completely went away because Emma went above and beyond. I am a very happy BWW customer today!
