The Home Depot

North Buffalo Home Depot is amazing in much nicer than the Amherst location that I’m always going to. The staff go above and beyond, and they have yet to fail me. When they know me on a first name basis,that’s just what it’s about. That quickly made me realize that these guys remember who they are talking to and that they pay attention to their customers. Looks like I’m saying goodbye to Amherst.

I worked with two gentlemen. One gentleman was Dan and he worked in the power tool aisle. He answered several of my questions, even though it was closing time. And then there is Russell who I think is the store supervisor or manager. He was extremely friendly, considering what time it was. I was at another location I would’ve been kicked out very quickly. I am overly impressed with this store.

The painting team is fabulous! Ceci and co worker (didn’t get their name but they had great green hair!) were incredibly patient, kind, helpful, and diligent in helping me with my paint matching! Can’t recommend them enough.

What can you say about the Home Depot? It smells like nostalgia. They had a really nice set of Christmas trees, that's the reason that we went. And very reasonably priced. It's definitely a good place to go in a pinch.

Today I purchased a whole pallet of 80lb. Concrete like I did yesterday. Today I mentioned to an employee that just hopped off a forklift that I needed a pallet of concrete. He told me that wasn't his department and walked away. I talked to 2 other employees that said they will find someone, but still nothing. At this point it's already been paid for almost 8-10 minutes. The whole time a very friendly and courteous cashier, Riley, was on the phone trying to get someone from that department to help me. Then I saw an employee named Cameron talking to Riley. Cameron helped me the previous day with a pallet. Riley asked him to help me and he got a forklift himself and loaded it on my trailer very promptly and I think both of those employees need a raise in pay for going beyond their duties to help a repeat happy, satisfied customer!!

I wanted to post a review regarding excellent customer service provided by Lacie at the north Buffalo Home Depot. She was able to find an item that we were looking for. But not just that, she had to go up on a lift and hull down heavy ladders in the freezing cold! Mind you, this wasn’t even her responsibility, but she took it upon herself to to help us! She went above and beyond to not only satisfy us, but 2 other customers! Thank you so much Lacie!!!

Quick visit tonight for a return. It might have been the quicker store return ever for me as I walked up, handed over the item I was returning, and the associate immediately scanned it and handed me the receipt for my return. As easy as it gets.

I had a great experience with Janet at the store. She helped us with a large order and variety of items. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Some staff knows their stuff, sometimes not. If not, they direct me to the proper person or aisle. A few times, if Home Depot doesn't have an item I need, staff or another shopper has recommended specialty stoes, e.g. Plumbing & Heating, strictly electrical.

This is the best veterinarian you could ever go to they are very good with your animals and very respectful I love it there and so do my boys they are too big German Shepherd

It can be a little difficult sometimes to find someone who knows where to find d specific items or give proper advice on items you are getting. But typically, the product you want is on hand when you need it and most employees are friendly.

Shopping here is always great! Use the app to order and choose pickup, delivery, or curbside. There are two dedicated parking spots by the main entrance for curbside service. After parking, use the app to indicate that you have arrived, select your type of vehicle and car color. Within a minute, an attendant brought out my order. Staff is always friendly and courteous at this location. Clean, well maintained, and comfortable to shop with a great location.

Very knowledgeable people work there and they're really very helpful and to find something they'll walk you to it if you ask them

Michelle in the washing machine department is amazing. She's incredibly knowledgeable, extremely passionate, and was very patient and helpful when my mom bought a washing machine. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement, this lady is a national treasure. Protect her at all costs!

I'm a landlord who practically lives at Home Depot and just wanted to give a shout out to Dan, who was just the most helpful Home Depot employee I've ever encountered in my life. He knew exactly what I was looking for, knew exactly what I'd need to complete the job, even found the exact valve I was working on at home in the store so that he could show me on the example valve exactly what he was explaining, and turned what is normally an hour long treasure hunt into a 15 minute walk in the park.

Excellent customer service! They helped me find the best shade of paint for my daughters bedroom. She was so upset because we couldn’t find the right shade of purple but we found it here.
