Minus 100 if possible. Stay as far away from this company as possible! Here are some photos so you can decide for yourself.
1. This is what I had to do to get there attention after months of e-mails phone calls etc.
2. This is how they install closets. I had to stop them and do it myself
3 & 4. This is what my backyard looked like after EIGHT MONTHS
5. This is how they think they should install FLUSH MOUNT cabinets under the stairs.
I could go on and on but I think you get my drift. It took 3 months for them to remove the so-called flush mount cabinets from under the stairs and about the same time period to build the fireplace mantel that sat in the middle of the room. Until the mantel was built it was just sitting in the middle of the floor tethered by the electrical wire. Good thing I didn't have children.
There is not enough space in this review for me to tell you about the 2 years of hell with eaves troughs and downspouts falling off the wall etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. If you value your sanity and your money stay as far away from new builds and even resales as some of the houses on my street sold 3 times in as many years due to ongoing issues. I managed to sell but lost all my savings in the process.
