We were looking for a composite decking board to complete our “Hoft” brand privacy screen. Lisa and Shannon at the Beeton location quickly recommended a product that was perfect for our little project. They had the boards in stock and were competitively priced. The young men even helped my husband load the ten 16 foot boards onto our truck. Great old-fashioned service. Their showroom has cool displays and neat products. This place is a secret gem. Hello and i just wanted to share with you all how pleased i am with Deck Masters and their Zuri products,i had previously had a grey wood pattern picked out from another company,but it was not hitting me in the eyeballs,then i googled barnboard or western cedar colors and their product came up,I fell in love with the Brazilian colored deck board,i talked with Tammy at Deck masters and she was amazing and really knows her stuff,she answered all my questions or found links for me to read and visualize like installation techniques,etc.I truly recommend checking out this product,Brian!

Dave is a deck professional. I am a builder myself, not as much a deck builder these days so I've referred to Dave on several occasions for advice. Dave knows his product very well, I can only assume the 1 star review on here is from a competitor. Deckmaster Dave is the only person you need to talk to if you want to make a deck that stands out from the rest.

They replied very quickly to my email and had me in and out of the store picking up what I needed.

I share the same opinion as another review on here. Lots of products but seem very unorganized.
Anytime I call they say they will take my number and call me back. Well they sometimes call you back.
When I asked, can I just be put on hold and have them check to if if my order is in they say someone else took the order...
Can only that person see the status or an order? I don't understand this.
If that person is sick do all their order go on hold?
I am still waiting for my order to come in. Or maybe it is in. I didn't get a call back today.

Deck Masters has an incredible lineup of decking materials and accessories. Their pricing is also very competitive. Unfortunately they do not have the customer support or organization to match. Recently I placed an order for some brackets so I could complete the pergola on the new deck that I built. I gave them my credit card number over the phone so they could process the purchase immediately and I was told that the products should be in within 3-5 days. After about two weeks I realize that I had not heard from them so I gave them a call. The person I spoke to took my contact info and assured me they would look into it and call me back soon. I did not hear back from anybody. I repeated this process two more times and still no callbacks. Finally, after waiting over a month I got a hold of one of the staff insisted they give me answers rather than promise a callback. Turns out, they never ordered the product. It’s unclear to me if they forgot, they lost my order, or something else happened. Unless you have absolutely no other choice I recommend staying away from Deck Masters. My overall experience was incredibly disappointing and I found the staff to be abrasive, unreliable and ultimately unhelpful. Avoid!

Not replying email and bad customer service, they lost $20K CAD of my business. I am not sure if my wife and I were having bad luck or what, we knew exactly what we needed for our deck and we sent an inquiry to Deck Masters for quote by email. To make their job easier, I already calculated the exact number of boards I needed. Waited for 1 week, no reply. Fine, so we spent a Saturday morning drove 1 hour to their store but surprisingly we treated worse than Canadian Tire, basically zero customer service. There was only one young lady there and she said she didn't receive my email. Okay, when I showed her what we wanted and asked her to give me a quote on the whole project (including all necessary hardware), you know what was her reply? She said "The prices are on the wall". Seriously? Zero consultation, zero work effort trying to help the customer. We were so pissed and drove to The Deck Store right away. At The Deck Store, they explained different materials, choices of brands to best match our deck elevation and design. They gave us a quote on everything, not only the deck boards but also matching color Cortex screws, Concealoc, saw blade and router bits. Because of the large order, they even gave us contractor price too. That's how you do business. We made the deposit on the spot and my deck boards were delivered weeks after. Message to the management of Deck Masters: You have just lost $20K+ CAD business to The Deck Store, no wonder why you got stuck in Beeton while The Deck Store expanded all over Ontario. Maybe your company is a family business and maybe you have a family member doesn't enjoy working on a Saturday. Perhaps she had a bad day, or we were having a bad luck. I actually talked to one of your guys at National Home Show, the guy was very friendly and helpful, it was just very unfortunate for us to have such bad experience at your store. Anyways, good luck to your business.

So I recently moved to Beeton, and like to shop locally when possible. I was looking for lap board and found the product online. It said that they had a dealer just outside Beeton so off I went to Deck Masters to purchase the siding. Well that was a mistake lol. From the minute I asked about the siding the young lady at the front was was childish, rude and unprofessional not only to me but to her co-workers. It was kind of comical to watch her make faces when she talked or someone talked to her. She passed me off so she could take care of " her" customer. She kept insisting they couldnt get it and even if they could its would be over a month maybe 6 weeks to get the product. How would she know that but not know they sold the product?
I ended up leaving the store because I felt uncomfortable? It was like they just didnt want to look into how to order it or just couldn't be bothered .
Went to Home hardware in Cookstown and in a short 10 minutes the staff had me set up and delivery should be by weeks end.
looks like I will be ordering my deck material not from Deck masters.

No warranty support. They do not warranty their products. If you have an issue you have to contact the original manufacture to replace. Received lighting from this company. They stopped working after 2 years, told me I had to contact the manufacture in the United States if I wanted the warranty.
