Smoke on The Water

This restaurant is half part of food and alcohol. Soon as you sit down, they ask you for drinks . I met awesome Waitress named Cathy. She told me if you wanted food, you needed to order it on your own. The cook names were Braxton . He was also great.

Passing by this town. Absolutely love the food we got here. Strong recommend.

Great restaurant we came across driving the Gaspe peninsula. Ordered the brisket sandwich, turkey melt, coleslaw, and sweet potato casserole. Everything was tasty!

Visiting from Texas, this was a nice combination of "smokehouse" and "Canadian-comfort". Service was quick and friendly. Beer selection was good. Atmosphere was relaxing and bright. Food was excellent.

Edit to original post: The owner reached out and we had a very positive conversation. My family and I went back and ordered again, this time dine-in. The food was delicious and fresh. We had the pulled pork sandwich, traditional poutine and wings. The owner Aaron and I had the chance to meet in person and he was grateful the situation was resolved, as was I. Thank you, Aaron for reaching out.

Ordered our food to-go at the counter. Waited almost an hour. Pager didn’t go off so finally went up to see what’s the delay, the food had been sitting there for who knows how long. We spoke to two workers and neither seemed to care that the food was over looked/forgotten about and had been just sitting there. Pretty disappointing for how much money was spent. They got their money, so that’s all that matters. Overall the food was not hot and soggy from sitting so long.

Great food. Flavour is great. Concepts are well produced. Bar is well stocked.

This is a welcome restaurant to the otherwise stayed restaurants in downtown Campbellton. There is both a bar and table seating. Come enjoy their ribs, pulled pork, and sweet potato poutine with your favorite beer. Very helpful service.

Brisket Sandwich with the maple mustard sauce and the sweet potatoe salad are the things that food dreams are made of. I wanted another for breakfast in the morning.

Best poutine ever, and the smokehouse burger is to die for. The beer is top notch as well.

We decided to try Smoke on the Water on our last day in the area. We would have eaten here everyday if we tried it soon!!
Food was delicious and lots of it! We shared the platter which gave us a good sample of everything more then enough for both of us.
So many beers to try too! We both loved the Brasseux d'la Core selections.
We will return!!

Wow! This place is great! Aaron and his team will cook you a great lunch that you can enjoy inside the Artisan Brewery. This smokehouse has delicious ribs, burgers and all nice meals you expect from a smoke house.

Nice spot for a quick dinner that doesn't leave you feeling bogged down.

Was there for staff function, hesitated.. Not normally a BBQ food type person. However, I could NOT get enough it was soooo delicious! Understandable why that place is soo busy. If you havent gone.I suggest you run there now! Staff are so kind and informative. They will know what you want, before you do :)

I was in town for a week for work. We ate here several times. I really loved their brisket sandwich and potatoe salad.I wish I had asked for their recipe as it's hard to come back from Calgary for it! My coworkers raved about the Turkey melt too. The staff were so friendly and I would highly recommend coming here.

Good down to earth home cooking, friendly staff and owner. The smoked brisket was great. Moist and hand cut with just the right amount of fattiness. I love the sweet potato salad as a fun take on potato salad.

Omg, best burger of my life!! Now the only problem is that I will never have a burger that good again, until I'm back in NB! I live in Ontario and will need some kind of teleportation system so I can eat here every weekend! And the prices are amazing, although I am guessing that they will increase soon, and rightly so. I'll be back!
